New building, newly decorated, very close to train station, friendly staff

Near suzhou north railway station, being convenient for travel interstate, and also the subway station is just there for within city travels. Breakfast is good with Chinese and western style servings.

It's good location, the room is spacious, clean and bed also comfortable. Breakfast has variety of food taste delicious. Bathroom also clean

Bring your family to Suzhou to play and stay at Suzhou North Station Hotel. The whole family is very satisfied. Holiday Inn Express SUZHOU NORTH STATION by IHG

Suzhou, Tower A, Building 2, Xifuli Commercial Plaza, No. 66 Chengtong Road (12 km from centre) 🧭

12 min train station Severnyy

Nice hotel with really big and clean rooms. Front desk and house keeping staff were very friendly. In-house wifi was very weak. When I switched to my own network in the room, it was still weak. But it works fine when I am outside the hotel. Very near train station but very far from everywhere. But for this price, I guess its ok, especially because there is not much traffic jam around the hotel’s area

Wonderful. Would stay again if the chance arises! Friendly staff.

The staff is caring and helpful. Room is big clean and cozy.

Very friendly staffs. They gave us room with special equipments for my mom which was very thoughtful of them. Room was super clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Location is walking distance from suzhoubei train station but still little bit difficult to find. We circled that building because we didn’t know they have both side entrance 😅

Had a great stay! The room was spacious, bright, and didn't have any strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is in an ideal location. Nice friendly staffs neat and clean rooms. Breakfast options were excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants and stores for day-to-day options. Laundry facilities were a plus.. as I needed to wash my work wears.

Orange Crystal Hotel North Railway Station

Suzhou (12 km from centre) 🧭

No food nearby as supper is not available easily.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The service exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to staying here again in the future. ⭐️😊

This hotel is super close to Suzhou North Station, just a straight 7-8 minute walk from the parking lot behind the station. The room has a large window with a very open view. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and all the hotel facilities are quite new.

Close to speed rail station. Courtesy customer service. New hotel with nice set up, recommend for rebooking.

The hotel is excellent, with south-facing rooms offering panoramic views of the High-speed Rail New City. Rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities, including electric curtains, smart toilets, and refrigerators. Its superb location, very close to the high-speed train station, makes it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure.

The new hotel is fantastic! The lovely manager was so warm and incredibly efficient at solving problems. I even joked with her, suggesting she come work for my company. She replied that she's quite passionate about the hospitality industry, though. Haha, I felt like I missed out on a fantastic employee!
