My stay has been fantastic at the hotel, the Staff is very professional and the hospitality is memorable. Keep up the fantastic service. Special thanks to Ying Yang for all of her assistance.

The hotel environment is quite good, and the surroundings are lovely. The beds are very comfortable. They offer a free laundry room and gym, and the front desk staff, Yuehong, provides excellent service.

Nice and mew hotel. All was good. Around 6:30 am the trains can wake you up but I did not mind as in China you usually wake up early. Very good parking with charging facilities. The breakfast for 68 RMB is a ripoff and is not up to the standard of Holiday in as it has nothing better than a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

1. The breakfast spread was very generous. The restaurant staff were enthusiastic and proactively asked if we needed anything. 2. Despite being close to the high-speed rail station, it was incredibly quiet. The soundproofing is excellent. 3. It's very convenient to walk to and from the high-speed rail station, perfect for catching a train.

The hotel's location is pretty good, very close to Suzhou North Station. The room facilities are new, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. The breakfast was a bit simple, but overall, it was still quite good.

The room was clean and tidy, and the surrounding facilities were complete. It's only a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station, which is fantastic!

Had a great stay! The room was spacious, bright, and didn't have any strange odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the front desk service was attentive and thoughtful. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is in an ideal location. Nice friendly staffs neat and clean rooms. Breakfast options were excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants and stores for day-to-day options. Laundry facilities were a plus.. as I needed to wash my work wears.

I'm so glad I booked the Holiday Inn Express. The room was well-designed, with excellent facilities, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was pretty good, no strange smells. Being close to the high-speed rail, you do hear a few trains, but it's totally manageable. I went with my kids and elders, and the service was quite good too. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast restaurant. The food is fine, but there aren't enough seats, so people are watching you eat which feels a bit awkward. They'll even contact you...

The location is great, very close to the high-speed rail station, which is super convenient for business trips. As a new hotel, the environment is excellent, and the stay was very pleasant. It's suitable for family travel, the carpets are new with no strange smells, and it's relatively quiet.

This hotel is super close to Suzhou North Station, just a straight 7-8 minute walk from the parking lot behind the station. The room has a large window with a very open view. The staff are incredibly warm and friendly, and all the hotel facilities are quite new.

Close to speed rail station. Courtesy customer service. New hotel with nice set up, recommend for rebooking.

The hotel is excellent, with south-facing rooms offering panoramic views of the High-speed Rail New City. Rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities, including electric curtains, smart toilets, and refrigerators. Its superb location, very close to the high-speed train station, makes it incredibly convenient for both business and leisure.

The new hotel is fantastic! The lovely manager was so warm and incredibly efficient at solving problems. I even joked with her, suggesting she come work for my company. She replied that she's quite passionate about the hospitality industry, though. Haha, I felt like I missed out on a fantastic employee!

The service was excellent, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious! It's very close to Suzhou North Railway Station, making it perfect for business trips.

I'm a returning guest to Orange Hotel Crystal. I particularly appreciated the high-quality, pasteurized eggs served for breakfast – a big plus! The bathroom and amenities were also spotless, and I had a very comfortable stay.
