The bathroom curtain is just ridiculous. You can't see out from the inside, but everyone can see in from the outside. Are we supposed to be broadcasting our showers? How embarrassing! Haven't any guests complained about this before?

Excellent location, directly accessible from the subway station. The breakfast was also very good. Looking forward to experiencing the hotel under its new name!

The room was very spacious with excellent soundproofing. The location is superb, especially if you're visiting the TVB City film studio.

Stay: mid-November 2025 (exactly when the 15th National Games were being co-hosted in Hong Kong and Guangdong) I chose this hotel for its convenient location (right above East Point City and PopCorn mall, only 20 minutes by MTR to Tsim Sha Tsui) and because Crowne Plaza usually delivers consistent quality. Excellent location just a few minutes walk to MTR station. A lot of restaurants and shops to choose from. Will choose this hotel next time.

Free buffet every morning for members which is a wonderful bonus. Washing machine and dryer provided. Lovely green terrace to relax in and shopping center is connected to the inn which makes things easily accessible. Subway is only 5 minutes walk away.

Great place. New building. Modern fitout. Friendly staff. Nice size rooms, clean, well presented, comfy beds. They have a green floor which is open air and there is exercise bikes, rowing machines that you can use while waiting for your washing to wash or dry (same floor). If Breakfast is included, you get to go the Crown Plaza for breakfast - added bonus.

Comfortable room. I love the excellent customer service from the front desk. There was a mix up in information and they moved my room to the 27th floor which gave me an awesome view of the area. If I ever return to Hong Kong again I would definitely stay there again.

Clean, no-fuss living arrangements in general. You largely get the product advertised, except we had one night where we returned to our non smoking room filled with cigarette smell. After complaining, they did provide our room with an Air Purifier ( somewhat effective) . Other than this, it was clean,well thought out and had good service

Very convenient location right above Tseung Kwan O MTR station, with shopping malls just downstairs and connected by bridges. You can enjoy a wide variety of food and all kinds of shopping under shelter. Rooms are well maintained and very clean. Equipped with a microwave, electric cooking stove, and basic cooking utensils. Laundry facilities and the common area on the 8th floor are well maintained...

Excellent stay! The Front Office staff were welcoming and professional. The newly renovated room was spacious, clean and well designed. The location was very convenient with easy access to transport and dining options. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Given there are not a lot of choices in the neighbourhood, the rental is quite pricey and the building has aged with lots of wear and tear. Staffs are well aware of it and currently the building is under renovation. Renovation in the building could be quite disturbing. However, the services provided by the staffs balances out the problems with the building. I have been living with my family at vega...

My husband and I stayed at Vega Suites for a year in a 2 bedroom apartment and found the service and staff to be outstanding. The location is great, easy access to the MTR and shops. Short walk to Junk Bay and the Velodrome Park.

Conveniently located right on top of the MTR station and shopping centre, though keep in mind that it is a bit far from the 'central' locations in HK. Rooms are a good size for 1-2 people, but a bit dated especially with the carpet smell - rooms needs refurbishment (which luckily had started on the lower floors when I stayed, Spring 2025). The room isn't huge, but it's generally clean. The hotel's location is excellent for getting around, being close to Kwun Tong MTR station, about a 10-minute walk. Shopping is also convenient. Great value for money!

The room was clean and tidy. I forgot to bring a travel adapter and the front desk kindly provided one. The service was very enthusiastic, which was great. Aside from the room being a bit small, there were no other issues. The surrounding area is full of factory buildings, but there's a McDonald's not too far away, and it's not too far from the subway station.

I had a enjoyable experience there and I totally loved it❤️ I was able to open my luggage but it did block the way when I was trying to walk. The bed was very comfortable as well and soft! The room has an air freshener, and there's a pool on the 3rd floor, but it's closed in winter. Everything else is pretty average. The hot water pressure is great, but the hotel lobby definitely doesn't look like a 4-star.

Stayed for two nights. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but for the price, I can't really complain. It's about a 10-minute walk from the MTR station, and I was happy to find Mrs. Tang's Cafe nearby. Shopping was also very convenient.
