Had a pretty good stay in the hotel. Things feel clean and new. The only issue we had was that the blinds don’t go down all the way so light gets through early in the morning when we need some sleep. The staff were super helpful, we were lacking a usb cable to charge our phones and they delivered 2 for us. Very nice. Hotel is quite artistically decorated. Loved the experience.
Nice hotel for staycation - offering a great view of Victoria Harbour and half of Hong Kong island at top floors. They also have a nice rooftop bar, which makes the atmosphere great. A working space / cafe is offered downstairs on ground floor and 1st floor, making the hotel very cozy and calming.
Exceptional Service, Style, and Thoughtful Details! I recently stayed at EAST Hong Kong for five days during a business trip, and it was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Having stayed at numerous hotels worldwide, EAST is one property I can confidently recommend to friends and colleagues alike. My flight landed late, and I arrived around 1:00 AM, but the check-in process...
My favorite hotel in Hong Kong, reinforced again after our stay last week. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve been staying here and STILL the service, the rooms and the location are my favorite. The team always go over the top to ensure our stay is special, the main restaurant (for breakfast) is diverse and fresh, the rooftop cocktail bar has a wonderful view (and good drinks ;-), but the magic is...
The staff members are very approachable and they take action promptly. To illustrate, I called the customer service department to request some cotton buds, which was then quickly delivered to my room. And the staff members always wear a smile on their face, so I feel that they are so friendly and nice and are willing to serve the hotel guests.
The room is nice and spacious and looks like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable and harbour view room has great views which is lovely. Location is good as right next to subway station but have to get MTR if want to visit city centre as a little further out from main shopping , restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is okay with good selection but coffee is from an instant machine and very bitter...

Great hotel with great service. Quite convenient for MTR and other public transport. We booked with the club access and it's a good value especially when we had very rainy days. The breakfast order got a little mixed up and the chef made a special plate as you can see in the photos that put a smile on our faces. Currently they have a get a Panda 🐼 promotion which is a nice gimmick. View from the roof...
A near perfect experience. Absolutely go for the club level rooms, as the breakfast buffet is lovely and has the best view in Hong Kong. The room itself was very comfortable and had a wonderful view. A great shower and bath, and a very comfortable bed. Everything was cleaned daily for my ten day stay, and I was given glass bottles of water each evening. The free cocktail hour could have been a whole...
The lobby and check-in area are absolutely stunning, but the true highlight of this 5-star hotel is the staff. From reception to housekeeping, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming—kudos to whoever is hiring and training this exceptional team! The only downsides were that the rooms felt a bit outdated, and no complimentary bottled water was provided. While I understand avoiding plastic, a glass...
We arrived very early and our room was not available, however they made a grand effort and got the room ready for us an hour earlier than our 3pm check-in time. The forum of the hotel is very grand with some impressive crystal lighting. Staff are helpful but check in is digital/electronic and is not easy for us ,not being used to this process. The room and bathroom were accommodating, comfortable twin...
One of the best hotel ever we stayed with our infant. Best hospitality by the entire team. They treat their customer very well and friendly too. Very very Infant friendly and the location was very good as walkable distance to MTR station (metro train), tram stops, restaurant and convienent stores. Their restaurant on level 41 (western food) was awesome and the ambient was cozy with harbour view. Overall...

I stayed here for three weeks. Originally I only booked one week, then extended and extended again. The location was super nice, 30 sec walking distance to MTR station. The service and staff were amazing, they were always ready and willing to support. Special thanks to housekeepers and front desk staffs, they were polite and proactively asked if anything they could do with a big smile, the main reason...
I got the room on the highest floor which is level 33, my colleagues is at level 8, the difference of the room quality is shocking. I have electric blinds, the room looks newly renovated, plaster ceiling and better furniture all around. The lower level rooms looks and smell old.
The hotel is in a prime location. Rooms are quite small but ticks most of the columns. Breakfast offered is quite a spread and delicious. Swimming pool and gym are available. I was on a higher floor which had quite an view. Only thing which was negative is no mineral water bottles provided in room, atleast they should have provision of normal water been provided to guests.
Stayed for a long time now. The room was cleaned and spacious with a good natural light exposure. Very comfy place. It is an old hotel with its vintage charm. Got a wood and fabric chair for the desk which was comfortable. Beautiful work desk. It is not like "modern" style desk with barely space to work on. The bed was a bit hard but can sleep on it. Appreciable for my spine. The closet doors are sliding...
as usual cery concenient hotel we love to stay in this hotel, the big swimming and the staff they are cery helpful they help us upgrade our room thank you so much will surely be back again🥰
It’s on HK island side. just one block away from the quarry bay mtr station. Even though it’s not right in the center of the tourist attractions, it’s a 15-20 min MTR ride to Central, it’s convenient enough and it’s definitely a good value considering its price. The room size is also bigger comparing other hotels of similar price. These two things were important to me. Hotel itself is fine, not a ...

Our stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. The comfort of the room was exceptional—every detail thoughtfully designed for relaxation. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Their kindness was not just professional but genuinely warm; they anticipated needs with a smile and went above and beyond at every turn. It’s rare to feel so genuinely cared for while traveling. This isn’t just a place...
The room isn't huge, but it's generally clean. The hotel's location is excellent for getting around, being close to Kwun Tong MTR station, about a 10-minute walk. Shopping is also convenient. Great value for money!
The room was clean and tidy. I forgot to bring a travel adapter and the front desk kindly provided one. The service was very enthusiastic, which was great. Aside from the room being a bit small, there were no other issues. The surrounding area is full of factory buildings, but there's a McDonald's not too far away, and it's not too far from the subway station.
I had a enjoyable experience there and I totally loved it❤️ I was able to open my luggage but it did block the way when I was trying to walk. The bed was very comfortable as well and soft! I also loved how you can move the beds together and manage to put a cot for my baby! It was a very useful thing!! The view there was amazing! 🤩 I could see so high up and be even with the high buildings , it was...
The room has an air freshener, and there's a pool on the 3rd floor, but it's closed in winter. Everything else is pretty average. The hot water pressure is great, but the hotel lobby definitely doesn't look like a 4-star.
Stayed for two nights. The bed wasn't super comfortable, but for the price, I can't really complain. It's about a 10-minute walk from the MTR station, and I was happy to find Mrs. Tang's Cafe nearby. Shopping was also very convenient.

Location is fairly good. On the island and next to a metro station. Rooms are extremely small. Even for HK standard. We asked for 2 single beds and they were sticking together.
Hotel is awesome. The places including the corridor is very well maintained. Overnight stay is great and totally no exterior sound disturbance from the surrounding.
It’s a very new hotel, their service is great!! They serve free simple breakfast. Our flight to Hong Kong arrived at 6:00 in the early morning, they let us to drop off the luggage first and tried to let us check in earlier than the regular check in time (2pm). Unfortunately they were fully booked on the previous night, but they gave us a call once the room was clean and ready. At last we got our room...
Small, cozy rooms that were relatively cheaper even during high season. The check-in counter and lobby is on the third floor. Free WiFi is included in the rooms and there is a very simple complimentary breakfast that include summer basic baked goods, tea/coffee, and fruits. Don't expect a scenic view from the rooms. No frills, affordable hotel option in a relatively well located area. Close to the A12 express airport public bus and the North Point MTR station. The bathrooms are a bit awkward and the 3-1 shampoo, conditioner and body wash is a bit annoying. At that point just don’t offer anything. As a solo traveller this was a good experience!
I stayed in IBIS NORTH POINT HONG KONG over the last few days. I am a repeat guest for the last 20 years but hadn't come for a few years. What a joy to experience its hospitality again, the perfect location next to MTR station and the Bus depot. But not only that : there is also a wonderful Boardwalk from the location on the winding pathway all the way along the Bay. KENNY at Reception stood out as...
Recently stayed at ibis Hong Kong North Point for a short stay booked for my mother. The hotel is clean and the sea view from the room was genuinely nice. The staff were okay and helpful at times, they kindly provided an extra chair for the room when requested. That said, the rooms are very small (which is expected in HK), and the bathroom was absolutely minuscule. The hotel also felt expensive for...
Pros: I am glad to get such a beautiful seaview room! Bed is comfy, and although the room is small (understand as this is Hongkong), but the design is good. I can fully open my 25.5" luggage. Also have a desk and chair to work on my laptop. Cons: the curtain is not that clean, and it covers half of the desk. So I prefer to let it open and enjoy the seaview while working on the desk
Room is what you paid for and it is tiny. Good view. Service is basic but they delivered what you requested which is good. Location was great, never been to north point. It has a shopping mall closed by, post office, MTR station and Ferry to the Kowloon side. Only one comment to make is the Air Cond in the room, the switch doesn't work no matter you male it cooler or warmer and we found the AC unit...

Very nice hotel with good amenities and decent gym room. The buffet breakfast is wonderful as well - included with our booking. The Trams and bus stop are right next to the hotel too but the nearest train station is Causeway Bay which is a ten minute walk.
Have stayed in this hotel multiple times. Always choose the executive room type of very high floors for much better views. East-facing rooms on the high floor have a harbour view. The hotel has 3 lifts serving guestrooms from level 6 to level 33. Be patient when waiting for a lift in the morning before 10am.
Really good, only the air conditioner makes a lot of noise.

A great hotel, we spent 3 nights in a Premium Bay View twin room. The service was perfect - everyone from greeting to departure was genuine and helpful. Really love this hotel. Service is top notch. Rooms are good sized. Not cramped. Location is right opposite Tin Hau station. Walkable to a really cool craft beer bar and good cha chaan tengs. Couldn't ask for more.
Stayed here over the Easter Holidays for a family trip. Location is excellent as the Tin Hau subway station is just across the road, the trams are also right in front (affectionately called Ding Dings) and bus stop is 50m down the road. There are several good eating places within walking distance, including a very popular sesame ice cream place (near the station entrance) and a lot of bakeries which...
Excellent clean room's, the bed was very comfortable. The pool and the gym are small but ok. The location is fantastic with the underground directly opposite . The buses and Ding ding stop outside the hotel. The wifi is very good. The restaurant and coffee shop were both closed. We found plenty of places for food and drinks in the local area.
The location is unbeatable!! MTR, bus, and tram stations right across the street. Plenty of great local eateries all within walking distance. Rooms are clean. Also quite spacious for HK standard. Thoughtful layout and the design of furnishings further maximize utility of the space for both comfort and storage. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
The best part of the hotel is its excellent location, next to the Tin Hau MTR station, and is nearby to many eateries nearby. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, and rather spacious compared to other hotels in this price bracket. For the price, it is very good value for money.

Very helpful staff and awesome stays. Definitely suggest you give them a try.
Great experience at a post modern/ new normal tourist hotel which is extra clean and problem free. I like especially my 2001 room number and its separation of basin and shower area. Though not large , the rooms here are use efficient. Free coffee/tea is available 24/7 on the lobby floor where ample free seating provides social space for guests and their visitors. Highly recommended!
Requested for higher floor and they give us 30th. Good location where everything is within walking distance: convenience store just few steps from the entrance, Starbucks just across the street and of course MRT is only 140 meters away.
This hotel is very good for those who don't need a big room. All rooms are 15 square metres in size. The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also offers very simple free self-served breakfast and free coffee and filtered water. Don't forget to request a room on a higher floor for a better view.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip to Hong Kong and was truly impressed by the warm and professional service throughout my stay. In particular, Venus—one of the staff members—stood out for her incredibly thoughtful and considerate support. She handled everything with care and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The hotel is located near MTR, tram, and bus stops; next to a park, and within a 5-min walk to a small, laid-back neighbourhood with local (cha chaan teng) and western (think avocado on sourdough) breakfast options. Just downstairs are a craft beer and cocktail bars, and many restaurants. The hotel's warehouse-like design is bare, but very stylish. Everything is clean. Le Labo soaps and lotions lovely...
Love this contemporary design hotel. Plenty of nice eateries nearby and famous dessert just right opposite the hotel. Consider big room for HK standard at the price pay for. Will definitely stay with Hotel Tuve again!
I make a point of staying in a different hotel every time I am in HK. Great way to see different parts of the city. TUVE may change that. The location reminds me of old HK. Hotel is clean, staff pleasant and has easy access to MTR and is a nice walk to the busy Causeway shopping area. I really enjoyed it.
The hotel has a great design. The shower is incredibly spacious, which is quite rare for Hong Kong. The hotel is small, so there's no space for luggage or hanging clothes, and nowhere to put the kettle. There's no travel adapter, but the bedside outlets have USB-A ports, which was convenient.
I stayed for two more nights, and it was still very comfortable. The transportation downstairs is convenient, with easy access to both buses and the subway. The room is also quite spacious. This time I went to the beach, and overall I'm satisfied.

Only downside was the heater. Okay at first but in between showering, the heater goes off. We went to HK on cold weather so heater was a must. Hope to fix it. Housekeeping ladies were very helpful.

Absolutely loved the warm stay! The front desk was small, only one person but welcoming, the room was spotless with an amazing city view, I will be back becoz of the view. There is a good japanese fusion restaurant downstairs.
