very small, was the bare minimum but liveable. i saw two tiny bugs but not that bad. a little run down but not super dirty. shower and toilet in the same room.
I enjoyed staying here! Location was convenient and the place was very comfortable.

Great hotel value for money and is nearby the south side mall. Size of hotel room is bigger than most hotels for its price. Will choose this hotel again!
A very nice hote. Our room was lovely and the view was great. The staff were extremely kind and friendly! The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the station; it is two stops away from Admiralty, which is close to the city centre.
Our second time staying here. Very spacious and clean, mtr station just a few minutes away. Very good for its price and highly recommended for travellers on a budget who wanna travel to ocean park. Little bit unfortunate that the pool is closed during winter time, but the gym is still open which is cool.
The location is super convenient. After exiting Wong Chuk Hang station, cross the footbridge, and there's an elevator down to the road, right where the hotel is located. The road connects directly to the hotel's first floor, but the front desk is on the third floor.
Booked this hotel for our trip to Ocean Park. Given how expensive real estate is in Hong Kong, the size of the room was a pleasant surprise – it comfortably fit our family of four. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the MTR station. Although there aren't many shops nearby, the cha chaan teng (Hong Kong-style cafe) across the street serves good food at reasonable prices. This is the nicest hostel I've stayed at. They have a great work room / common area just for relaxing & getting on-line. Although I don't understand why you can't drink a beer in this space. That floor also has a TV room and a quiet space (where you can speak on your phone & not bother others). There is also a communal kitchen & storage room etc... along with a small restaurant on the street level...
