Had a pretty good stay in the hotel. Things feel clean and new. The only issue we had was that the blinds don’t go down all the way so light gets through early in the morning when we need some sleep. The staff were super helpful, we were lacking a usb cable to charge our phones and they delivered 2 for us. Very nice. Hotel is quite artistically decorated. Loved the experience.

Nice hotel for staycation - offering a great view of Victoria Harbour and half of Hong Kong island at top floors. They also have a nice rooftop bar, which makes the atmosphere great. A working space / cafe is offered downstairs on ground floor and 1st floor, making the hotel very cozy and calming.

The staff members are very approachable and they take action promptly. To illustrate, I called the customer service department to request some cotton buds, which was then quickly delivered to my room. And the staff members always wear a smile on their face, so I feel that they are so friendly and nice and are willing to serve the hotel guests.

The room is nice and spacious and looks like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable and harbour view room has great views which is lovely. Location is good as right next to subway station but have to get MTR if want to visit city centre as a little further out from main shopping , restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is okay with good selection but coffee is from an instant machine and very bitter...

I stayed here for three weeks. Originally I only booked one week, then extended and extended again. The location was super nice, 30 sec walking distance to MTR station. The service and staff were amazing, they were always ready and willing to support. I got the room on the highest floor which is level 33, my colleagues is at level 8, the difference of the room quality is shocking. I have electric blinds, the room looks newly renovated, plaster ceiling and better furniture all around. The lower level rooms looks and smell old.

The hotel is in a prime location. Rooms are quite small but ticks most of the columns. Breakfast offered is quite a spread and delicious. Swimming pool and gym are available. I was on a higher floor which had quite an view. Only thing which was negative is no mineral water bottles provided in room, atleast they should have provision of normal water been provided to guests.

Stayed for a long time now. The room was cleaned and spacious with a good natural light exposure. Very comfy place. It is an old hotel with its vintage charm. Got a wood and fabric chair for the desk which was comfortable. Beautiful work desk. It is not like "modern" style desk with barely space to work on. The bed was a bit hard but can sleep on it. It’s on HK island side. just one block away from the quarry bay mtr station. Even though it’s not right in the center of the tourist attractions, it’s a 15-20 min MTR ride to Central, it’s convenient enough and it’s definitely a good value considering its price. No frills, affordable hotel option in a relatively well located area. Close to the A12 express airport public bus and the North Point MTR station. Pros: I am glad to get such a beautiful seaview room! Bed is comfy, and although the room is small (understand as this is Hongkong), but the design is good. I can fully open my 25.5" luggage. Also have a desk and chair to work on my laptop. Cons: the curtain is not that clean, and it covers half of the desk. So I prefer to let it open and enjoy the seaview while working on the desk

Room is what you paid for and it is tiny. Good view. Service is basic but they delivered what you requested which is good. Location was great, never been to north point. It has a shopping mall closed by, post office, MTR station and Ferry to the Kowloon side. Great experience at a post modern/ new normal tourist hotel which is extra clean and problem free. I like especially my 2001 room number and its separation of basin and shower area. Though not large , the rooms here are use efficient. Free coffee/tea is available 24/7 on the lobby floor where ample free seating provides social space for guests and their visitors. Highly recommended!

Requested for higher floor and they give us 30th. Good location where everything is within walking distance: convenience store just few steps from the entrance, Starbucks just across the street and of course MRT is only 140 meters away.

This hotel is very good for those who don't need a big room. All rooms are 15 square metres in size. The location is good with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel also offers very simple free self-served breakfast and free coffee and filtered water. Don't forget to request a room on a higher floor for a better view.

The hotel was clean and had good location. Accessible to all tourist spots. Near MTR, tram and bus stops. The room was okay. Not spot clean but okay enough for me travelling with family. Only downside was the heater. Okay at first but in between showering, the heater goes off. We went to HK on cold weather so heater was a must. Hope to fix it. Housekeeping ladies were very helpful.

Hotel security is poor. Anyone can access the elevators to all floors without needing a key card. I won't be staying here again.

Hotel is accessible to tranportation. Near the tram, mtr, and bus stop. It’s also near the market so you can buy water at a cheaper price. It’s also near 7-eleven convenience store. Room has ample space. There’s no shampoo and soap, and toothbrush and toothpaste. Bed has a bit of a foul smell.
