1. The first room I was given, 8616, had a strong smell of cigarette smoke as soon as I opened the door. Absolutely! Did they deliberately give me a room like that, thinking I'm a man with a high tolerance? I'm sure I've been complained about this room more than once.

2. The bedding had a smell I can't quite put my finger on, like the smell of the pool.

3. The bath towels made me laugh. Look at the pictures. Do you think staying at this hotel is a real struggle? Don't the hotel staff themselves think this is outrageous?

Thank you for a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was decent for exploring the city. However, the language barrier was a challenge, as communication with staff was sometimes difficult. Overall, a good experience, but improving English support would make a big difference.

On May 21, 2025, during the reservation process, I was billed for a total duration of six nights' stay. In addition to this, my credit card was charged for the transaction, and the corresponding amount has already been debited from my account by my bank. Upon arriving at the hotel for check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to make the payment once again. Despite our attempts to explain the situation and even presenting the receipt as proof of the initial payment, the hotel staff failed to comprehend what we were trying to communicate due to the language barrier. The hotel notified us that Trip.com will process a refund for the amount they initially charged us. Today, we completed the checkout process; however, the payment has still not been credited to my account. Due to this enforced hold on my funds, I have not only lost all the money I had set aside for shopping but have also been unable to proceed with another planned activity. This situation or statement appears illogical and lacks any clear or reasonable explanation. Someone needs to be held accountable for this situation. I have traveled extensively across the globe, and during my journeys, I have consistently relied on platforms like ***********, Agoda, or ******* for my reservations. However, I have never encountered an issue like this with any of those services.

This stay was great. The room was clean and cozy, with complete facilities. The front desk service must be praised. Xiaorong was very efficient and took the initiative to introduce the nearby business district. The hotel is very conveniently located, with the subway entrance only 3 minutes away and free parking. I will stay here again next time~

Stayed in this hotel for the exhibition. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very close to the New International Exhibition Center. The front desk service was very considerate, especially Xiaorong was very thoughtful. The breakfast was also good 👍, it is worth recommending ~
