My wife also ordered some packages from taoabo to the hotel and they helped us with a missing package. As we did not speak the language, it was really great help.
I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely come back here if I am ever in Shanghai.

we were happy to stay here and i’ll revisit when I come to shanghai again.
Pros: Spacious and clean room which gave the kids space to roam around. Location was also great, especially since the train’s exit closest to the hotel had an escalator which was good cause we had a stroller. There is also a bakery and fast food restaurant just steps away for a quick bite. Great service from the staff who always greeted with a smile and special thanks to 以墨 and 南星 who very proactive in helping us, from helping to rearrange a delivery of my parcel, bringing them to my room and helping with our luggages.
Cons: The toilet tiles can get extremely slippery when wet. There is a small anti-slip mat placed inside which helped but we still had several near-slip incidents. There was also some renovation going on which was a little disruptive.
