We chose Manxin because it was newly renovated in 2026, and the facilities are indeed excellent. The front desk is very spacious, breakfast is abundant, and the service is great. Overall, we're very satisfied.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. The location is perfect, right next to Shanghai Railway Station.

The environment is quite good, and the lobby has a nice atmosphere. The room was clean and stylish. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a bottle of warm water, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Traveling with a child, the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast spread was fantastic. It's super convenient for getting around with the subway station right outside, lines 1 and 3 and 4! Highly recommend, the hotel environment is also great.

The room is great, and the front desk lady is super nice! The facilities are excellent: the laundry room and gym are very modern. It's so convenient to do laundry and work out. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai. It's also very close to the subway, which is perfect for getting around. The room was cleaned very thoroughly and was spotless, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. Awesome! 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

I booked this hotel for around 650 RMB. Its location is super convenient, just 20 meters from Shanghai Station. The room amenities and breakfast variety were decent, but the food quality itself wasn't great. The salad greens had rotten leaves, and the cauliflower had a lot of black spots. However, the service really shined in many small details. For example, the front desk offers free umbrellas, and when my takeout arrived, they promptly sent it up with a robot without me even having to ask. At checkout, they also asked if I'd like a complimentary bottle of water. The room towels were quite clean, and the soundproofing was pretty good too.
