This deserves a glowing review! The front desk staff were warm, polite, and incredibly efficient, always quick to help with any request. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety, with both Chinese and Western options. The dishes were exquisite and delicious, and the dining area was clean and tidy. Overall, my stay was extremely comfortable and I highly recommend it.

When I arrived that evening, the front desk staff didn't smile or greet me at all. They didn't say a word when checking my ID, just handed me a paper without explaining what it was for. I looked at it and asked if it was for signature, and they just replied 'yes'. I then asked if I should sign here, and again, just 'yes'. It was like pulling teeth; they wouldn't say anything unless I specifically asked, making me feel like I owed them money.

An average experience. The hotel was hard to find, and the decor was a bit peculiar. It wasn't cleaned thoroughly, so the hygiene was just barely acceptable. Plus, the delivery service was unreliable; my order was taken by someone else, and there was no one to manage it or a robot to deliver it. It felt like an unmanaged place overall.

Next to a high speed train service center. There are huge sharp noise from this service center every hour or so during the whole night. I did not get much sleep at all. Avoid this hotel if you are sensitive to noise.

I've stayed at Artyzen numerous times before and always had a good experience, but this time, it was absolutely dreadful. I arrived around 3 PM, and the front desk took forever to check me in. They eventually gave me a room on the second floor, in the furthest corner. When I asked if there were higher floor rooms available, the front desk said that was the only room they had. Does that mean rooms aren't even cleaned by 3 PM? Once I got to the room, the air conditioning was practically useless; despite adjusting the temperature, it only blew cold air, so I had to turn it off. Later that evening, before 8 PM, there was an event downstairs somewhere with someone speaking into a microphone constantly, which went on until midnight, making it impossible to sleep. The room itself was clean and tidy, but the service this time was truly awful – practically non-existent. I will never go back.

The room was spacious and bright, and the environment was elegant and comfortable. I've stayed at their Qianchuan branch before and really love this hotel. It's a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The breakfast selection was rich and varied, and it tasted great.

The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The shower was great. I had to leave early in the morning so I missed breakfast, but I walked past the restaurant and saw a good variety of food. I'll definitely try it next time I visit!
