The room's location is excellent, being close to both the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum and the Bund. Overall, it felt clean and tidy with complete facilities, though some were a bit outdated. The breakfast was plentiful with many options. It offers good value for money.

The hotel's location is good and offers great value for money. Check-in at the front desk was a bit slow, but the staff were very friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a room that was pre-reserved. The room felt a bit old, but the facilities were well-maintained. However, the windows were sealed, and the central air conditioning wasn't on during the May Day holiday! The room was very hot. We called guest services, and they sent up a fan, but it didn't do much. When we asked for another one, they made various excuses. In the end, we had to sleep with the door open...

Very satisfied with my stay here. The service was excellent, and the room was very clean with good facilities. For the same price, it's significantly better than hotels in Pudong. Plus, it's super convenient for getting around.

This hotel was incredibly convenient, just 200 meters from the company where my conference was held! The environment was also very pleasant. The hotel breakfast was excellent, offering both Chinese and Western options! I'll definitely book this hotel again next time.

The overall experience exceeded my expectations. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the hygiene was excellent. ALAN at the front desk provided thoughtful and meticulous service, which made me feel very relaxed. It was a very satisfying stay.

Overall, it was a great stay! The lobby was elegant and clean, and the guest rooms were spotless with a complete set of toiletries and consistently strong hot water. The staff were patient and attentive throughout, especially Richard, who was warm, thoughtful, and always ready to help. Breakfast was nutritious and varied, with dozens of dishes, including a good balance of meat and vegetables, all fresh and delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, close to Century Avenue Metro Station, and parking is convenient, making travel and sightseeing very easy. The only thing that needs improvement is the in-room Wi-Fi, which was unstable and slightly hampered my work experience. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Metro Lines 4 and 6, and not far from Line 2 and the Century Link mall – all within walking distance. Plus, I could see the 'three-piece suit' (Oriental Pearl Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center) right from my room. Very satisfied!

This hotel is perfectly located for families visiting the Science & Technology Museum and other museums, as both are within walking distance. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a fantastic view of the Lujiazui 'three-piece suit' (Oriental Pearl TV Tower, Jin Mao Tower, and Shanghai World Financial Center). The value for money is exceptional! My child loved it too, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Shanghai. A special shout-out to Selena at the front desk for her excellent service!

An older hotel, but decent and reliable. Satisfied with the service, and a quiet place for a relaxing vacation.

The overall service level is good, up to Holiday Inn standards. The decor is a bit dated, but well-maintained. The breakfast bread and coffee are decent, but the hot dishes are limited in variety and not warm enough, which can be an issue in winter. The wontons, noodles, and congee are served hot.
