The room was quite spacious. They upgraded our room because we had a child with us, which was a nice touch. The service was also good. It's very close to the Science and Technology Museum. It's an older five-star hotel, so while the in-room facilities are a bit dated, everything else is fine.

The hotel room was a decent size, and I appreciated having a desk and enough outlets for charging. The bathroom was quite spacious, with both a bathtub and a shower. The soundproofing might not be the best, as I could hear people talking outside, but it was mostly quiet. They have service robots that deliver items to your room, which was a nice touch. There are plenty of dining options nearby; I pretty much ate all my meals at Dingxiang International during my stay.

Great location, very near to subway stations, room is clean and spacious, food is good and kids enjoyed our stay.

Two moms traveling with kids here. We were together, but not assigned to the same floor. I was on the 7th floor and my friend on the 8th. Both were low floors with absolutely no view. It was also really inconvenient that the room key only allowed access to our own floor. Then, the light switch in my room was one-way. On the first day, they said they'd arrange a room change for me, but it was fully booked, so they said they'd do it the next day. I figured changing rooms would be a hassle, so I didn't follow up with the front desk, but they never called to check either. My room was also right next to an outdoor air conditioning unit, which was very noisy. All in all, not a very satisfying experience.

The location is pretty good, a bit quiet, and right behind it is the Dingxiang International Commercial Center, which is very convenient. It's also close to Century Park, perfect for a 5km run in the morning.

I used a Pudong accommodation voucher as part of a package deal. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the Science and Technology Museum and 5 minutes from the subway station. The room facilities are a bit old and the room itself isn't big, but it was clean enough. The only real issue was the parking lot, which was too small and made finding a space difficult.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub and great water pressure. The bed and pillows were large and comfortable. The TV was ready to go, no need for memberships or anything.

The swimming pool was also excellent – clean and not crowded, with a hot tub available. There's even a sauna in the changing rooms.

Parking was free. We happened to be there when they were updating the parking equipment, so we didn't need to go through any procedures; we just parked and drove out, which was very convenient.

Unexpectedly clean. Before my trip, I was worried the hotel might be too old, but to my surprise, everything was exceptionally well-maintained, especially the pool. The room was also very comfortable, and I'd like to give a special shout-out to Karen for her arrangements—she was patient and attentive.

Spacious, clean, and quiet – a really great stay. Considering it was a May Day holiday, getting a room with breakfast and dinner included at this price was an absolute steal! The small potatoes at the restaurant and the breakfast noodles were delicious 😄.

When we arrived and went up to our room it wasn’t as described on trip.com. Fortunately Karen on the front desk came out to help us sort the issue and she was absolutely amazing, so helpful and obliging. She also spoke some English which was also very helpful. We ended up having an amazing day. The breakfast buffet was amazing so much western food to choose from which we were super impressed by. Also the dinner buffet was amazing. If you want to use the pool remember to take a swimming cap as they change a lot for them and you must swim with one on.
The beds were super comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel has great restaurants and amenities and we would definitely stay again.
