The hotel is really old. The cabinets and hangers are all chipped to varying degrees. And get this, there were two bottles of shampoo in the bathroom but no shower gel, which is just insane. I really don't recommend staying here.

The hotel is good for just plainly night stay as the hotel don’t have much amenities to offer,but the room are quite ok and spacious and breakfast is quite alright!

The hotel boasts a very friendly neighborhood, conveniently located near the Lujiazui central area in Pudong. From here, you can spot Pudong's iconic 'kitchen trio' skyscrapers and other landmarks. It's also in close proximity to the Pudong Art Museum and various other museums, surrounded by a very well-established community.

I booked three rooms for a business trip, and the soundproofing was terrible; I could hear the person next door snoring. The front desk service wasn't good either; don't expect any warmth or enthusiasm. For the same price, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The Four Points by Sheraton Shanghai, Pudong is in an excellent location, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was great. The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The breakfast selection was plentiful. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. It's perfect for both business trips and tourism, highly recommended.

The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and parking is convenient. It's also very close to attractions like the Oriental Pearl Tower, the Bund, and Nanjing Road, making transportation super easy. Highly recommended!

The front desk manager was incredibly patient and attentive, and even sent up some complimentary fruit. Our room was also very clean and tidy. Plus, there's a Japanese restaurant on the 29th floor!
