The service was absolutely fantastic. The room service, the food, the gym, the breakfast, the checkout. The only thing I didn't anticipate was that about 50% of the staff at the reception couldn't speak English. Usually, they either called another colleague after I spoke and later realised none of it was understood, or a Chinese speaking guest nearby served as an interpreter. But even though this once resulted in a mistake, it was remedied with efficiency and professionalism I'd never seen before.

Extremely satisfied! I'll definitely come back again. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all excellent. It's also very convenient for getting around; it's close to the school and the subway station. Plus, there's a snack street just a short walk away, and it's nice for a stroll around the area.

The hotel is very well appointed, excellent service,very helpful, kind and courteous staff, great variety for breakfast. The room was quiet, very clean, very comfortable bed, and all amenities were thoughtfully available.

Everything is very clean and of high quality. The only issue is the air conditioning, which is old and noisy. I woke up every night (for 5 days).
The breakfast was very good.

Booked a room for the retest. The room is as good as ever, very tidy, clean, complete with items, free water in the room. Very close to Tongji University, thumbs up!

The hotel lobby is warm and bright, the front desk guy is polite, the standard room is standard, the hygiene is good, the transportation is convenient, and there is Tongji United Plaza outside. There are many restaurants, Starbucks and McDonald's. I am satisfied!
