We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Shanghai. The room was spacious and the staff were able to communicate in English well enough to answer all of our questions. They even come around in the afternoon and hand out milk for a bedtime snack! Our room had a great view of century park and a wonderful soaking tub, and we still paid less than $100 USD per night! Quick walk to the science and technology museum metro line, too! They had a universal outlet in the room, which I thought was very considerate of their international guests. Highly recommend!

The service was beyond expectations and so considerate! Kudos to the front desk staff, Jerome and Ellie ! Although the hotel's decoration is a bit outdated and the location is not particularly convenient, the stay experience this time was exceptionally warm, all thanks to the enthusiastic service of the two staff members at the front desk! When checking in, Jerome offered to help carry the luggage and gave a detailed introduction to the hotel facilities and the surrounding transportation. His attitude was kind and considerate. Ellie , on the other hand, patiently answered my questions while I was going through the check-in procedures. Despite the limited hardware conditions, Jerome and Ellie provided professional service and sincere care, making this stay particularly comfortable. If I come to this city again, I would still choose to stay here.

Very disappointing experience for a 4-star hotel.
I had two serious issues during my stay.
First, the hot water pressure was extremely weak. It was very difficult to take a shower, and the water was only lukewarm instead of properly hot. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
Second, I accidentally left my scarf in the hotel. I contacted the hotel and politely asked if they could help send it to me, but my message was completely ignored. No reply at all.
For a 4-star hotel, both the facilities and the level of service were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.

Handy location, about 10 mins walk to Science & Tech Museum metro station and then a few stops to Nanjing East stop. Housekeeping was great, consistently kept our room tidy and replaced towels everyday as well. Found food court at next station (Century Ave mall) - which is also walkable.

First of all, I'd like to thank Mr. Sun at the front desk. I left my phone in a ride-sharing car, and Mr. Sun went to great lengths to contact the driver and get my phone back to the hotel. I'm incredibly grateful for that, and it really shows how excellent the hotel's service is, especially since I had just returned from overseas and wouldn't have been able to contact anyone without my phone. Secondly, the hotel rooms are also great. All in all, if I come to Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here.

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's very close to the East Building of the Shanghai Museum, just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is quiet and offers good value for money, but the bathroom facilities are a bit outdated, and I hope they'll be updated soon.

Stayed in room 621, which was spacious and had a south east facing aspect and a nice view over parkland. Well equipped gym too.
