The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Oriental Sports Center and Taikoo Li, and directly opposite NYU. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. Each floor has a laundry room, which is perfect for longer business trips! I'll definitely come back next time!

The front desk service was excellent; check-in was fast and the staff were very patient. There were also complimentary drinks in the room. I was very satisfied with everything and will choose this hotel again next time!

As a veteran in the hotel industry for nearly 30 years, I've managed countless hotels and stayed in even more. Whenever I'm in Shanghai for business, Artyzen Habitat/Joy is always my top choice; I'm consistently satisfied. The staff are young and energetic, providing attentive and thoughtful service. The front desk staff are welcoming and check-in is incredibly fast. What I consider good, or rather, excellent, is perfectly embodied here. All in all, my stay was very pleasant and comfortable.

Fantastic! I was seeing a show at Qiantan 31, and it's only a 10-minute walk – the location is absolutely superb! Great value for money too! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room was super comfortable, very clean, and the smart home features were a pleasure to use. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm seeing a show! It's a hotel where you feel perfectly safe, even when staying alone.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! A special thanks to the front desk staff who, considering our need for rest, thoughtfully arranged a quiet floor and room for us. Their service was attentive and considerate. The room was Japanese-style, simple yet elegant, and overall clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! Most importantly, it's only a ten-minute walk to the Oriental Sports Center, and Taikoo Li is right across the street, which is super convenient for concerts, shopping, or dining.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was really new and spotless. The decor was unique, stylish, and modern. For instance, the mirror above the sink doubled as a speaker for music, and the power control panel worked as both a sensor light and a control interface... The only minor downside was that the room was a bit on the small side. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful; they arranged complimentary breakfast for me and even printed some documents, which was very thoughtful.

Breakfast was very average, not much to eat.
The main advantage is the great location, very close to Qiantan Taikoo Li.
I stayed in a queen room; it was small but quiet. There's a gym, which is suitable for business travelers.

My child had a competition at the Oriental Sports Center, so we booked two nights here. It's quite close, only a 10-minute walk to the venue. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were all very polite. Overall, I had a great experience, the only minor issue was that the room was a bit small, but all the other facilities were excellent.
