Overall, I was quite satisfied with this stay, but the facilities are definitely a bit old. There's no smart toilet, the showerhead is inconvenient, and the TV signal is poor. First off, the service was excellent! The front desk lady (I think her name was Ashin) was really enthusiastic and professional. I highly recommend the Bund River View room! The view is absolutely stunning!! Although it's a bit older, it's very clean. And the fried dumplings at breakfast were delicious!!! The breakfast overall had a Western focus.

The room was a bit small, and changing elevators was a bit inconvenient. However, the afternoon tea was exquisite, and the view was absolutely stunning. It was quite crowded during the Spring Festival, and the check-in process could definitely be faster.

The facilities are really well-maintained. If you're looking to avoid the crowded Bund, this place is an excellent choice. The views are superb, and getting around is very convenient. The service is top-notch; they're attentive to guest needs but also maintain a respectful distance, without being intrusive. I'm very satisfied.
