It's been a while since I last stayed at Yu Jing, and it's still as good as ever! The transportation is convenient (direct subway access), and the room is clean. This time, I also tried the hotel breakfast for the first time, and it was pretty good too!

The experience at Shanghai Yujing Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb, with a stunning view of Lujiazui's dazzling nightscape right outside the window. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. I was very satisfied. I needed to use the hotel's refrigerator, and at first, the front desk said no. However, Sherry Xu proactively contacted the upper floors to let me store my items there, and they were delivered to me in the evening. The hotel's location is excellent, convenient yet not noisy, though the room facilities are slightly dated.

The location is very good I definitely recommend and I would return. The restaurant was closed down but there is a nice restaurant across the street and a convenience store. There is a coffee shop at the bottom of the hotel which was very convenient. If you are debating between hotels definitely choose this one !!

The hotel offers a stunning view of the Huangpu River and is very close to Lujiazui. A subway station with two lines is right outside the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient whether you're traveling for business or leisure. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is excellent.

The hotel is right next to a subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money. This is my third time staying here with friends and family. The location is close to Lujiazui, the rooms are very spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are also very friendly.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. I always stay here when I visit Shanghai. Joanna at the front desk was fantastic; she upgraded our room, and we had a view of the Lujiazui 'Three-piece Set' (famous skyscrapers) and the Huangpu River. Lucy at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. She gave us a free upgrade to an amazing room with unbeatable river views. The facilities were comprehensive and everything we needed was provided. At the revolving restaurant on the top floor, Mr. Chu was also very hospitable and even gave a complimentary toy gift to our child.

The hotel is very close to the Oriental Pearl Tower, and everyone's service attitude is excellent. The front desk even has a fridge to keep things cold for me. It's super close to the subway station, and you can see the Oriental Pearl Tower right from the hotel. When I was thirsty at midnight, someone even brought me water. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Would appreciate it if we are told beforehand that there is no elevator for a double bed room. We need to upgrade it if we want an elevator access to the room. I had checked the photos, the room seems no different just purely for the elevator access. There is also no robot delivery service. All pickup will be done by yourself at the lobby. They will drop your delivery at a rack near the main entrance...

The room was great, and I'd give the service five stars. The front desk staff was really helpful and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a good stay. Cleanliness: The room was thoroughly cleaned. The room was a bit dated, especially the flooring. I was given a room without an elevator, which was quite a surprise as it's my first time staying at a Ji Hotel without one. However, the price was very reasonable during the Chinese New Year period.

This was the worst Huajing hotel I've ever stayed at. The door felt like it was about to break, the air conditioning hummed loudly, and the front desk stopped answering calls after 9 PM. Speechless.
