I had a wonderful short stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. In terms of location, it is super convenient—just a 10-minute walk to Metro Line 2, which makes getting around the city very easy.
A big thank you to all the staff for their warm welcome, and especially to Hannah. From the moment I arrived on my first day, she made me feel completely at home with her kindness and thoughtful care.
I highly recommend this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. The highlight of my experience was Hanna at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Her friendliness and willingness to assist made my stay much more enjoyable. Thank you, Hanna, for your excellent service! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel looks new or perhaps well maintained. There is a lot of interior design detailing, and there are pleasing to the eyes. The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom too. I like the lobby which is rather grand and welcoming. There is a sumptuous breakfast with western and eastern spread.

The hotel is located far from the city, but it is near a metro line. The nearest shopping mall is about 5 minutes away by taxi and 1 station away by metro.

My last comment is, the front desk staff is efficient, but I seldom see them smiling while serving guests. I would like to see them smiling more.

I highly recommend this hotel! The environment is quiet and peaceful, the facilities are complete and new, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. It's excellent value for money, and Lucia's service was enthusiastic. My check-in experience was perfect!

This hotel boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient transport links – right outside are bus stops and a subway entrance. The interior environment is even more impressive; the rooms are clean, cozy, elegantly furnished, and exceptionally comfortable to stay in.

Everything was pleasant from check-in to check-out! The room was bright and airy, with new and complete facilities. Hot water was instant, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The cleaning staff was incredibly meticulous, even cleaning every corner of the bathroom thoroughly. The employees were gentle and patient, and they responded to requests promptly. This level of attentiveness far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone!

This Metropark International Hotel in Zhangjiang, Pudong, Shanghai was a pleasant surprise! I got upgraded to a suite, and the facilities and hygiene standards exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was especially good, and the price was reasonable too.

The hotel's elevator buttons are regularly disinfected, showing a thoughtful attention to detail. The background music is soft and pleasant, creating a warm atmosphere. Amity provided excellent service.

This is the worst hotel ever. As a westerner, there is no western style food. The staff do not speak English. Need to use translate app always. My room had the air-conditioning working only in cold.
I will never recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy.
