I had a long stay (5 nights in total) here. Overall experience was good, breakfast covered, variety was fair enough but kind of repetitive day to day. The self service toasted bread was great! That is my must-eat menu for every breakfast! Front desk service was great, they always patiently attended to my ask, request and easy to reach through WeChat message. Hotel also provided concert shuttle too, this is the primary reason I chose this hotel. Would appreciate more if hotel also prepared the customized merchandise for the concert star theme. Hotel also provided snacks and canned/boxed drinks almost everyday. Room was spacious, but pillow is abit less comfy, can be improved for a higher quality stay if I return in future. Same goes to the mattress type, especially the single bed, can feel the pocket spring. The king double bed was nice.

Booked this hotel for the concert, they have a shuttle bus to the stadium. You will also be picked up after the concert. Good service.

The hotel's butler service was fantastic. If you needed any help, just send them a message and they'd take care of it. There were souvenirs available for pick-up upon arrival, and a large check-in screen in the lobby. On concert days, you could even get your makeup done in the lobby. There was a shuttle bus (my biggest annoyance at concerts is not being able to get a taxi afterward). Even when it rained, someone met us at the intersection with a raincoat. The room was also spotless and tidy, with plenty of snacks and other treats, and they even provided a guide to nearby restaurants. Everything was just a few minutes' walk away! It was a great stay! I'll be back for Li Hao's concert next month!

Hotel has a shuttle service to and from the stadium! Very convenient for those coming jn for concerts in Chengdu.

Highly recommended. Originally, I was interested in the pick-up and drop-off service for the concert, but I didn’t choose it when I made the reservation. You must check it carefully when booking. The bathroom is purely top-notch.

The room is very clean. It's newly opened. All the staff have a good service attitude. They can collect express delivery on your behalf. The breakfast variety is very rich. I will stay here again when I come to Chengdu next time!
