You can see the pandas right from the window, so the location is great! The hotel is clean, and I really liked it. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Chengdu.

I originally planned to stay for just one night, but to my surprise, the hotel's location was excellent and very convenient. I also loved the hotel's decor, so I decisively extended my stay for another night. Since we had two rooms and children with us, we needed to be on the same floor. The front desk staff, especially the lovely Zhenzhen, was incredibly diligent, responsible, and patient. She helped us upgrade our rooms. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

I stayed here for a few nights in Chengdu. The hotel's location is excellent, with a subway station right downstairs. From my room, I could see Taikoo Li. The 7th floor of the hotel connects directly to the IFS platform, making it super convenient to go see the climbing panda. The hotel butlers, Julie & Lily, were incredibly friendly; they added me on WeChat beforehand and provided thoughtful service. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu.

I came here to celebrate my birthday. The butlers, Lily and Fairy, were absolutely amazing! They even decorated my room for the occasion and sent a cake! Their service was incredibly thoughtful, and they fulfilled every request I had. The hotel's location is also excellent, connecting directly to a mall, which makes getting around super convenient. This is definitely going on my list of must-stay hotels whenever I'm in Chengdu!

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, right next to Taikoo Li. The room came with a private butler, and Butler Lily's service was very attentive and she was incredibly nice. We had a great experience and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Losing my bag was an unexpected hiccup during my trip, but Alice's efficient service turned it into a heartwarming experience. She responded quickly and handled everything perfectly, proactively offering both mail and express delivery options. Her professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout made for a service experience that exceeded my expectations. And there was also a thoughtful panda representing my zodiac sign. My sincere thanks to Alice, and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of places to explore, eat, and snap photos right outside. It was incredibly convenient for my first stay here. The ground floor connects directly to Taikoo Li and IFS, and there's a delivery locker for easy takeaway pickup.

The service was excellent, with attentive and responsive concierge-style service. The toiletries in the room smelled lovely, and the conditioner left my hair feeling silky smooth.

I specifically booked a twin room because I saw that the beds were 1.4 meters wide. It was perfect for traveling with a child, as it didn't feel cramped, and the room was spacious enough.

The only downside might be the slightly dated hardware due to the hotel's age. The three elevators are clearly insufficient, and I had to wait a long time every time.

Breakfast space is very cramped; the tables are too close together, requiring you to squeeze sideways when getting food or finding a seat to avoid bumping into others. I'm not picky about food, but the breakfast was really just average.

In summary, it's more suitable for business travelers than for families.

The hotel service was terrible. I had just checked out, but my plans changed, so I needed to extend my stay for another day. However, they wouldn't refund my previous deposit on the same day and made me pay another deposit. This is a predatory policy that doesn't consider the customer. It's the middle of winter, and the hotel AC was blowing cold air, which made me sick. I saw the price was double that of a typical star-rated hotel, so I assumed it would be excellent and booked it. In reality, it was really bad; the service was subpar, and they wouldn't even help bring food deliveries up to the room. It was a very disappointing stay, a waste of money and a source of frustration. One star.

They say that staying at Niccolo Chengdu is all about the location, and that it leans more towards a business style with not-so-great value for money. However, for a family trip, we actually found the location to be incredibly important, and we were very satisfied with our stay 🤭. Right across the street is Taikoo Li, which offers great sights, food, and shopping. The night view of Taikoo Li from our room was also beautiful 🤩. The hotel rooms are very spacious, and the overall decor has a minimalist style, which perfectly suited our aesthetic. The hotel offers turndown service every night, and for our three-night stay, there was a little surprise on the bedside table each night: sleep spray, steam eye masks, and small canisters of Mao Feng tea. Upon check-in, we received complimentary welcome fruits and Chengdu specialty snacks. We had noted a birthday when booking, and the hotel called beforehand to confirm, delivering a bottle of red wine and a very thoughtful birthday cake 👍. The hotel's buffet breakfast, in addition to the standard offerings, had a separate menu where staff would take orders for two pages of freshly prepared pastries and noodles, all at no extra charge. On the birthday night, we enjoyed the Chinese buffet at Yuet Xuan on the hotel's second floor. My family was very pleased, and they even served birthday noodles. Taking the elevator to the hotel's 7th floor and walking through the sculpture garden leads you to the famous 'climbing panda' installation – a must-see! ✌️ Special thanks to hotel staff Julie & Fairy for their warm, attentive greetings and enthusiastic, thoughtful service ❤️. I do have a couple of small suggestions for the hotel: 1. The fragrance used in public spaces, including the elevators, could be a lighter, more elegant scent. 2. The bathroom needs an extra stool for placing clothes and a laundry hamper for used towels and bath sheets.
