the hotel staff very kind and can speak english fluently, the hotel also give us more water as we requested and give my daughter kids stuf. we enjoy to stay at this hotel, its near many shopping mall and also near nanping pedestrian street, where there is many food. i recomended this hotel to foreign traveler
