Room quite old but reception willing to help. Some of them can speak English.

Not good at all, especially the service was terrible. You even have to fly there to get an invoice. I wouldn't recommend staying there. There was a clear case of them deliberately refusing to issue an invoice.

I booked a hotel for a guest, and after they checked out, I called the hotel to get an invoice. The hotel told me to contact the person who checked in, and only then would they issue the invoice. Isn't that ridiculous? This is the first time I've encountered such a bizarre front desk in Kunming. Are you an undercover agent from another hotel, trying to sabotage the boss's business? I offered to add the front desk on WeChat and send them my hotel booking confirmation and payment record, but they wouldn't accept it. They insisted on contacting the person who checked in. What, are you looking for a boyfriend? ***It's truly amazing to encounter such a strange species.

I booked a hotel for my parents to visit relatives in Yunnan. They insisted on staying at this particular hotel, saying they had a very good experience there before – the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the staff were friendly, and the room was in great condition. 👍 This morning, a funny thing happened when we checked out. My parents only realized my dad's phone was missing when they got to the train station. The phone's location was within the Jinquan Hotel, and the location hadn't moved, so we figured he'd left it in the room. We used the free calling function on the Trip.com app to call the lobby staff, and someone answered immediately. We made about 10 calls back and forth, and the staff were all very helpful in searching for the phone. Finally, the housekeeping staff found the phone in the room. 🥳 We are so grateful to the hotel staff! It was so great to have you all. We will definitely stay here the only place we choose next time we're in Yunnan. 🙏 Highly recommended! 👏

Having learned about the Jinquan Hotel in Kunming, I decided to check it out. The receptionists were very helpful! The duty manager was a bit lacking, but that didn't affect my honest rating. The breakfast at 48 yuan was absolutely excellent—the best I've had in two years of staying at a high-end 4-star hotel. It was truly delicious, and many guests praised it, so I'll give it a thumbs up too. The room was clean and tidy!

I stayed ten days in total in this hotel and am very happy with my stay. Excellent location (ten minutes walk to the metro stop, and walking distance from central Kunming), varied and yummy breakfast, good pool as well. Had two different rooms, both ok and good value. Service was excellent. There’s a restaurant downstairs which is not bad, and you can buy meats and bakery in the attached shops downstairs (I ate KM rose cakes every day!). Highly recommended.

We arrived early and hotel is kind to try get us a room before 3pm. Suggested where to eat before we return for the room.
Evening time, they provided a hot milk for us. In same hotel at high floor, has an excellent massage service.

Room is clean and spacious. Good location within walking distance to a metro station. Room is well serviced everyday and hotel is kind to send fruits to the room daily. Very hospitable staff.
