UChoice Hotel in Kunming

This hotel utterly failed to meet any four-star standards. The bathroom design was impractical, and the bathroom door was literally falling apart. My overall stay was truly awful. During my time there, I encountered a woman who kept saying the hotel was 'creepy.' I'm not sure what had happened to her, but it made me so uneasy that I barely slept a wink all night.

The bath towel was clearly used and folded back up, with someone else's long hair still in it. This was absolutely disgusting. I only discovered it past midnight while getting ready for bed. As I had an early flight at 5 AM the next day, I decided not to bother the staff at that late hour. Consequently, I was so repulsed that night that I barely slept, constantly wondering if the sheets hadn't been changed either, given the state of the towel. The general cleanliness also seemed very subpar.

The next morning, I reported it to the front desk. Their reaction completely clarified why this hotel seems to be in such a state of decline. Upon hearing my complaint about the used bath towel containing hair, the front desk staff merely responded with a flat 'I'll pass that on,' offering neither an apology nor any attempt to investigate the issue.
