Atou Hotel Hangzhou Xixi Wetland Dongyue Metro Station in Hangzhou

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is not the worst Atour Hotel, but the worst hotel. Also the worst managed hotel.
Have you forgotten the last time you stayed in a hotel and didn’t sleep all night? Even the Shangkeyoupin Hotel where I stayed the day before was better than this (I guess this is the time when Atour was the worst compared to it, but it is the fact. I stayed at Shangkeyou Huzhou Anji Jiayuan Plaza the day before)
I arrived at the hotel at around 12 o'clock (I asked for a quiet room because I didn't sleep well), but was told that I needed to wait for half an hour because the room was still being cleaned. Then a big lady (probably a store employee) came out and yelled in the lobby in a rude and violent voice. The three employees at the front desk looked at each other, not knowing how to solve the problem. There were 4/5 guests in the lobby including me, and we were all shocked. This lobby of only a few dozen square meters made me hide away immediately. I never like to join in the crowds, so I went to the surrounding area to have a simple meal. When I came back, the irritable elder sister finished communicating with a leadership-like employee and slammed the door and left angrily. I don't know how such employee communication could happen in front of guests.
My check-in went smoothly, but a 18-foot-tall guy next to me complained pitifully to a supervisor at the front desk. He was with his friends last night, and because he lost a card (he didn't want to pay 30 yuan), the staff on duty last night shouted at him to either pay or check out. He felt very embarrassed and felt that the front desk made him lose face in front of his friends (probably female friends) (he kept emphasizing that he was an Atour Gold Card member)
The hotel room is not big, it is the standard of an economy hotel (the lobby is probably not even as good as the standard of an economy hotel. The first time I went in, I thought I went to the wrong place, it is only 3/40 square meters)
The hygiene is average, the details are not detailed (bedside lamp, a lot of dust in the toothbrush box)
The quality of the linens is just okay. After learning about it today, I found out that it is a 6-year-old store, so I realized that it is a low-end version of Atour (an upgraded version of an economy hotel).
After putting down our things, we went out for sightseeing. The West Lake is beautiful and the story of Leifeng Pagoda is worth the money.
I came back at 7pm, and the hotel didn't have charging piles, which I didn't expect (the parking lot is convenient, but I think it's inconvenient without charging piles, or the hotel doesn't have guests first. Nowadays, when the sale of electric cars is on par with that of gasoline cars, I won't choose to stay in the hotel without charging piles)
I went out to charge the battery and now the nightmare begins.
First, there was the square dancing outside the window, the subwoofer, the thumping of my ears and my accelerated heartbeat. The front desk told me that it would be over by 8:40, so I thought it wouldn't be long and I could just endure it.
But the laundry room was just 3/4 of the room away, and they were washing clothes, especially the sound of spinning. I got up to check several times, but there were guests there, and I didn't want to cause trouble, so I just endured it. Around 10:30, I was disturbed by the sound at the door. At around 11 o'clock, I was disturbed by the sound in the corridor (probably the hotel staff). The washing machine probably didn't stop until after 1 o'clock. I took a nap at 2 o'clock and was woken up by the heat again (turned off the air conditioner). The old electromechanical system, the exhaust fan kept running, and the air conditioner was noisy. I unplugged the power card, and after I woke up from the heat, I plugged it in and turned on the air conditioner for a while. The air conditioner makes a rhythmic sound when it is turned off and on, which is torture for someone like me.
Finally it was 6 o'clock, and the light from the window shone in again (I took a photo). The corridor light also shone in through the crack of the door (no wonder the sound insulation was poor)
I was getting ready to get up at 8 o'clock. Not far from the next door, there were two older ladies cleaning the room. They were talking and laughing (probably the old employees were guiding the new employees, telling the hotel guests about their embarrassing stories). I couldn't help it, so I went up to them and said something (could you please keep your voice down? There are still many guests resting now)
The breakfast was rich but tasted average (it was just home-cooked, definitely not like my mom's, but just a perfunctory meal)
I originally wanted to stay for 2 days and visit Songcheng, but because of this hotel, I checked out and left. When I was leaving, the front desk wanted to give me a good review (I refused directly and asked why. I said the hotel's soundproofing was too poor. The front desk didn't say anything, and I guess she knew it herself)
While driving on the highway, the front desk manager called and explained that the hotel had double-layer soundproof glass, meaning that the hotel's soundproofing was pretty good. I hung up in anger. Later he left a message on WeChat asking me to give a good review and upgrade my membership. I deleted the duty manager’s WeChat directly.
To give good reviews and delete bad reviews is the current business behavior and there is nothing wrong with it. But it has already been a case of fraud and deception, which is too much.

If you have a car, especially a tram, this hotel is not car friendly
If you are looking for quality or service, then it is not recommended. There is no tea, supper or fruit.
Most of the front desk and room service staff are new and do not provide value-added services.
If you care about hardware and decoration, it is even more not recommended. This is the standard of an economy hotel. It is a 6-year-old hotel, but even the hygiene is not up to standard, and the hardware is no longer suitable.
If you are not here on business, don't stay in this hotel, stay in Haiyou's room.

This is my first time to experience Atour. I thought that Atour’s main feature is sleep, so I should be able to sleep well. But I was so disappointed that I will never stay at Atour again.
I stayed in an executive room. When I checked in, I asked to arrange a quiet room. The front desk said that there were few people living on the executive floor and it was very quiet. Then the sound insulation was so bad all night. The noise of the road was so loud that I could hear it clearly even with earplugs. I woke up and fell asleep all night.
As soon as I entered the room, there was a long hair on the toilet. I would never believe it if I said I didn’t see it. There was no bulb in the bedside lamp, and the mirror makeup lamp was shaking and about to fall off, and the light was not on. The toilet paper had not been changed. There was still a little left from the last guest, and I had to dig it out myself. One of the two bath towels was a little messy and rolled up. Compared with the other one, was this obvious for me to see? ... Very bad! Never stay at Atour again!

Very dissatisfied. The first time the wash basin drain was blocked, I called the front desk maintenance man to come in and fix it before it was unblocked. The second time, at 6 a.m., the takeaway ordered by the neighboring room was delivered to my room. The ringing of the phone doorbell early in the morning kept me awake. I asked the front desk how this hotel could have such a problem, affecting the guests' rest and failing to provide the most basic service. The front desk said they would ask their manager to handle the follow-up, but there was not even an apology. What's worse is that neither the manager nor the front desk came out to even explain the reason, and there was no apology until I checked out, as if nothing had happened. It was left unresolved. Bad review, bad review, bad review. This is the worst experience at a hotel with a room rate of 400 yuan. The service is too bad. There will not be a next time!
