Our stay at the Four Seasons in Hangzhou city centre was nothing short of exceptional, largely thanks to the stellar customer service. The staff truly pays attention to the little things—at breakfast, the attendant remembered my exact tea preference every single morning and brought it right over. On our last day, the cafe attendant surprised us with a complimentary dessert packed nicely in a bag for our train ride, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The hotel itself is beautifully built with high-end, exquisite design materials. Our only regret was not planning ahead to book the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant, as last-minute reservations are hard to get! While the location isn't right next to the main tourist spots, Hangzhou’s transportation is so cheap and convenient that getting around was a breeze. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return!

We just checked out of the Four Seasons Hangzhou Centre, and our stay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The property is beautiful, and we were especially in love with our room and the stunning, sweeping views of the canal right outside our windows.
The dining experience was a major highlight for our family—in fact, I think their breakfast was the best we’ve had so far on our trip! They offer a wonderful menu you can order directly from, featuring a great selection of high-quality dim sum and absolutely delicious, freshly made banana pancakes. I also loved the attention to detail in the restaurant's design; the staff uniforms are really stylish and perfectly match the restaurant's beautiful pink color scheme.
As always with the Four Seasons, every single staff member was incredibly helpful and welcoming. However, I want to give a very special shoutout to Cody at the restaurant. He was exceptionally thoughtful, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of (the handwritten note and small gift were such a sweet touch!). Cody’s dedication is what elevated our stay from a great hotel visit into a truly memorable Four Seasons experience.
We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return!

We were lost at Hangzhou and seek help at the reception. Ivan Tian was super helpful in assisting us even we are not the hotel guest He had set a super high standard in the hospitality trade and we are deeply grateful 🙏 for the service he had provided.

Aside from the typical solid rooms and service, the buffet restaurant was excellent! Had some of the best breakfast meals here.

Great location with nice views. The hotel feels very new and the room service was super quick.

Julia and Eloise were amazing — really friendly and attentive.

The standard room is a bit on the small side though, and the amenities don’t quite match what I’ve experienced at other Four Seasons.

A Perfect Stay at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre

I had a truly satisfying stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre. The hotel’s facilities exceeded my expectations in terms of both quality and comfort. I had the chance to enjoy the sauna, Finnish hammam, and jacuzzi — all were well-maintained, clean, and incredibly relaxing.

My stay included access to the Executive Lounge, where I sampled a variety of appetizers that were both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and always eager to help. I would especially like to thank Randy Xie from the reception team for his fluent English and kind assistance during my stay.

For anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-quality service in Hangzhou, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Four Seasons is Four Seasons; the room is clean. There is a separate toilet from the shower area, and the shower area is always spotless and clean. If you have the budget, this will be your choice.
