It was absolutely amazing 100%! The service was fab and they pleasantly fixed our WiFi problem. I love the location, and the rooms are so clean and beautiful. I recommend this hotel for everyone who will come to Hangzhou, China.

Now it is IHG member Vegnett. Room is not big but well designed. Spanish restaurant and Chinese restaurant are both nice.

I would give it a zero star if I can. Old and not well kept. Concierge refused to turn on the air condition because the air outside is cold but the rooms are very very stuffy and hot opening the window is not good it’s very noisy and the air out is not as cold as it needs to cool the room down. Very very disappointed and will never book this hotel or any Landison ever again.

This hotel is very nice. The Breakfast is absolutely amazing! The hotel is very close to a mall and shopping center. In central location and close to West Lake. For a '5 star' hotel the rooms could use some updating, that is the only reason why I rated it 4 stars instead of 5. I would recommend this hotel

An overrated 5 star hotel !
Dont get cheated by the lobby , the lobby looks classy and worth the price u paying but once u are in the room theres where the nightmare comes , the room is dusty , which cause me some nauseous problem whenever i am in the room .
But the location is perfectly situate at nearby shopping malls , for shop goers this is a nice
Place to stay , if u dont mind the dusty room .
