When we arrived at the hotel, we unloaded three large suitcases from the car. The receptionist, upon seeing the car arrive, put away his phone and stopped playing. He also offered no help with the luggage. I even struggled to walk with three suitcases, and they just watched without offering any assistance. The same attitude was evident when I checked in. No one helped me unload my luggage in the lobby, and no one helped me when I left either. Okay, if this is the standard for domestic five-star hotels these days, then I'll just ignore my complaints.
The service was also average. I said thank you, but there was no response. The shower in the room was very weak. The shower was rectangular, and on the first day, the water flow was so weak that I couldn't get my hair fully wet after a long shower. The shower was only half full. Although the staff were quite efficient when I asked them to fix it, it was still quite disappointing.
Overall, it seems like this is the only service you get for the price, but I'm still a little disappointed.
Hotel is clean, room very big, staff friendly.
The garden was gorgeous too. It's a pity I didn't have more time to enjoy the hotel!
Breakfast was fair with a big dining room and choices between western and chinese food options.
The lounge bar is a bit lame. I did not try the Sky Garden, i will try next time.
