Absolutely amazing hotel, great hospitality and food. If you ever travel to Hangzhou stay in this hotel. It will make you have a different perspective of China, and really apréciate its culture.

The hotel is located in a very quiet place in a busy city. It is not very big. It has its own tea garden and offers tea picking and tea frying experience activities. The guest room facilities are a little old. There is no curtain in the wash area of ​​the twin room, so the privacy is a little worse. It is more suitable for family stay. The hotel service is good. The staff I met during the stay were very polite. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the taste is OK. The location is more suitable for self-driving. There is also a bus stop nearby during the traffic control period. Not far from Lingyin Temple.

Treasure Hotel has better quality than B&B, better environment than hotel, and better service than resort!

The soundproofing in the room was too poor. The sound of children running and jumping upstairs really reduced the whole accommodation experience. Fortunately, the service made up for it. The staff were polite and sincere. Generally speaking, friends who are close to Longjing Village can choose this hotel. Others are not recommended. The cost performance is really not high. Breakfast can be ignored. This is a hotel I will not go to again.

In terms of appearance, this hotel is not big, but the location is good, located in Jilong Mountain, Longjing, Hangzhou. In April, during the tea picking season, the aroma of tea frying and making is everywhere when you step out of the hotel. There are tea mountains all around, and there are also many teahouses for drinking tea. Green Tea Headquarters, Tea Village, Jura Town and other specialty restaurants are within walking distance. It is also close to the Tea Museum. The downside is the hotel's service: First, I couldn't find XC's check-in order, and the welcome fruit was not delivered until the evening after I urged, and the room hygiene was also average. In short, it's good to stay there.

I come to Hangzhou every year. This time I chose to stay on Longjing Tea Mountain. After comparing several hotels on Ctrip, I feel that Hangzhou Radisson Longjing Manor is more suitable. The hotel is on the tea mountain of Longjing Village. There are tea gardens everywhere. Farmers can pick tea and make tea everywhere on the roadside. The environment is very good. The service of the hotel is very thoughtful. Xiao Chen at the front desk is proficient in business and can meet the requirements of customers as much as possible. We want a room with a better location, so he took us upstairs to choose a room and upgraded the room type for us for free; we stayed in the room and didn’t want to go out, and they gave us a lot of extra bottled water for us to make tea. The rooms in the hotel are very spacious, and each room can see the beautiful scenery outside the window. The linens are clean and comfortable, and all kinds of facilities are complete. The Longjing tea delivered in the room is very fresh and fragrant. Especially for breakfast, although there are not many dishes, the tastes of the several favorite ones are good. The chef’s fried eggs are in place, and the noodles are better than those in restaurants outside. I couldn’t help but eat three servings. I checked out late, and when I checked out, I met the front desk lady Chen again. She brought us water and sent us to the car. I accidentally broke a glass, but she waived our compensation, which made me feel warm! Compared with other hotels in the same area, it may not be the best in the grade, and some hardware is also aging, but considering the environment, service, price and other aspects, if I come to Hangzhou Chashan to live again, I will choose Radisson Longjing Manor.

The service is very good and the breakfast is rich. The room is clean and very quiet. There is a tea garden next to it, which you can experience when staying in the hotel. If the next renovation is done, the bathroom can be enclosed and the TV can be replaced with a bigger one.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact!
However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby!
Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet.
The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement.
Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship! 
In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay.
Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually.
