The service was quite good, and the macarons at breakfast were delicious. The hotel shuttle was convenient, and it wasn't a far taxi ride to West Lake. The room offered direct views of Beigaofeng, making it the top choice for visiting Lingyin Temple.

The room is fully equipped with underfloor heating and central air conditioning. The hotel service is excellent: there's a shuttle bus from outside the scenic area to the hotel, the front desk upgraded us to a garden view room, and they deliver a generous amount of fruit daily – so much that we couldn't finish it. It's the most fruit I've ever received at a hotel, bar none. The hotel's cleaning is very thorough; after the room is cleaned, there's a dedicated person who comes to inspect it. Breakfast is semi-buffet, with some items needing to be ordered, and it's very refined and delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, just a ten-minute walk from Lingyin Temple and a five-minute walk from the North Peak Cable Car. It's perfect for daily visits to the scenic area (reservations required, of course). If you can't get a reservation, you can also hike North Peak or visit Faxi Temple, Fajing Temple, and Fajing Temple, or explore the surrounding area on foot. I'll definitely stay at Jiulisong again on my next vacation to Hangzhou.

This was my second stay here, and I expected it to be a bit old, but it was surprisingly well-maintained. The service was top-notch, and the food was excellent. The driver even took us directly to the Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, which was incredibly thoughtful. The 'Laugh and Play Travel Photography' experience was also great; the young lady working there was very dedicated 👍. All in all, I'll definitely choose Jiu Li Yun Song again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Pins De La Brume Hotel Hangzhou — it exceeded all my expectations. The hotel combines elegant design with a calm, minimalist atmosphere, and every detail feels carefully thought out, from the lobby décor to the guestroom layout.

The location is perfect — just a short walk to Lingyin Temple, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful mountain views. It’s like a hidden sanctuary within the city. My room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully appointed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was well designed with a great shower and full amenities.

The service here really stands out. Every staff member I met was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they even offered useful local tips and a room upgrade without me asking.

Breakfast was another highlight — a semi-buffet with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, plus made-to-order dishes that were delicious.

Overall, Pins De La Brume offers a rare combination of serenity, style, and hospitality. It’s the perfect place to relax after exploring Hangzhou — peaceful, refined, and full of charm. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Excellent service, room big and comfortable, we had fresh fruit every day. Hotel very close to West Lake. Breakfast absolutely great (western and chinese). Best option to visit West Lake.
