Simply amazing views of Hangzhou and West Lake. Clean, beautiful room with great features such as electric curtains and Japanese toilet. Great location as well.

Staff were very helpful in changing my room after an initial issue and I even got an upgrade for a night!

You can truly see West Lake right from the room, though the weather wasn't ideal. The room itself was decent, located on the 30th floor (top floor) and very close to Wulin Yintai shopping mall. You can take the elevator down to the 7th floor and directly enter the mall, which is super convenient. The only downside is there's only one elevator to access the hotel, so there can be a long wait. Other than that, everything else was fine and good value for money.

This hotel has a great location with a budget price. Of course it's comes with benefits and negatives. Let's talk about how to get to this hotel.

I had a great difficulty of getting to this hotel with my family. We took a taxi and got lost in the location as there is no signage of the hotel. It's in fact inside a office building. China mobile we took about 15mins and walked round on the block to final get the hotel. Pls look at the picture shared.

There is only 1 lift up to the hotel which is loft number 5. Up there room are clean but pls don't bring heavy baggage as the lobby has stairs.
Bring universal charger adapter as all the rooms has only china plugs

Hotel is clean and newly built started operating in 2024. Rooms are normal.

Best is about the location, next to in time department store building A there is a side door which enters from the hotel.

The room was comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of West Lake at night. Highly recommended. The only drawback was the possibility of the hotel providing a small refrigerator in the room.

I came to Hangzhou for the May Day holiday and was able to book a hotel with very good quality and service at such a low price. Below this hotel is Wulin Yintai and next to it is 360, which has many delicious foods and some big-name stores. It is also very close to the West Lake. After visiting the West Lake in the evening, I took a taxi back in just over ten minutes, which was very convenient. The room we booked is on the 30th floor, with a great view. During the day, you can see the West Lake by opening the window. The beautiful scenery is breathtaking. The hotel is very new and has complete facilities, including a smart toilet, an extra-large soft bed, and thoughtful details. The sanitation is also very clean, the bedding is clean and comfortable, the lady at the front desk is beautiful and gentle, thumbs up, thumbs up, if you like Hangzhou, I will book this hotel next time I visit Hangzhou!

The hotel is located at the top floor (30th floor) of an office tower. It is nice view, however, you can only access this floor with the cargo elevator. The other 5 passengers elevators are not accessible to this floor. The room is clean and spacious for 4 persons.
