The hotel has complete facilities, good greenery around, and a beautiful and quiet environment. The room is large, clean and tidy, and the soundproofing is good. Only the breakfast variety is a little less, but everything else is very satisfactory. I have recommended this hotel to my colleagues and friends. Ms. Zhang at the front desk is polite and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful, leaving a good impression.

My son is two years old, naughty and active, so I booked a suite of 100 square meters, with large space and good lighting, and he was very happy. I arrived at the hotel at noon that day, ordered a meal to be delivered to the room, and charged a 10% service fee. I ordered a few dishes at random, which tasted good and were large in quantity. The child and his father ate a lot. Because the suite did not have a bathtub, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a bathtub for children. I ordered several takeouts in the evening, and they were delivered to the room by robots. I like their washing and care products very much. After washing, they smelled fragrant and my hair was super silky. Hahahaha, I took away the unused ones directly. We were on the third floor, and the children's playground was not far from the room. The place was not big, with a slide, a building block table, and a yoga ball. The two-year-old child had enough fun in it. The hotel lobby is very distinctive and very suitable for taking pictures and checking in (the baby likes to climb up and down the stairs here). Because I came out to travel on a weekday, the suite activity price was 888, which was very satisfactory 😏 The only small problem was that when I went to bed at night, all the headlights were turned off. I looked up at the head of the bed and wondered if the smoke alarm was flashing all the time.

This hotel has a great location - making it feel you are in a nature park. I lived the rooms with the wide opening windows. Makes you feel like you are sleeping with in nature. Seriously a great place if you visit Hangzhou.

Situated in a very quiet enclave. Room is spacious enough. There are numerous books for reading as well.

Well situated. Room was spacious with everything we needed including a massage chair.

Nice hotel to discover Xixi Wetlands. Great noodles for breakfast. Interesting interior design.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included
