I stayed at the Jinma Hotel during a business trip to Hangzhou. It's right next to Hangzhou South Railway Station and Metro Line 5, which is very convenient. The front desk service was quick and efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The lobby was very grand, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The hotel environment is great, and it's very close to Hangzhou South Railway Station and the subway station. The staff were all very welcoming. Ms. Deng Qiufeng, the assistant manager at the lobby, was very patient and helpful, answering all my questions with great care and providing detailed explanations. This time, I stayed at the Jinma Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to the South Railway Station subway station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it suitable for both business and leisure travel. The hotel boasts a prime location with convenient transportation; subway and bus stops are just minutes' walk away. The hotel service was also excellent; any needs I had during my stay were promptly addressed and met. Hai Xia in the lobby, in particular, always responsively met my requirements. Fantastic stay! The service was incredibly attentive, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the gym facilities were top-notch. Never disappoints, I always love it, especially the young man at guest room reservations, he's incredibly attentive.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and the environment is always elegant and pleasant. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The room decor is cozy and refined, and there's a plum blossom tree in full bloom right outside the window. It instantly calms my mind, and I just happily stare at it 🌼. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and unbeatable.

The best hotel in Hangzhou, bar none. It's super convenient to dine at Jin Sha restaurant when staying here, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. While it's a bit older, it's impeccably maintained and much more comfortable than many of the newer hotels.
