They say the true test of hospitality is when something goes wrong, well, the one small problem we had with a leaking A/C unit was fixed within five minutes, with both Maintenance and House Keeping attending to fix and clean up. Amazing! Other hotels could learn from this. We will definitely be going back.
Perfect location in Hvar port and good hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you. Communal areas really nice and received fizz on arrival. Also if you arrive on boat there’s someone there to collect bags. Concierge really helpful and restaurant staff at night were great.
Only slight downside would be our room was a little tired (scuffed walls and skirting boards) and breakfast was a little hit and miss.
