After three years of visiting Crvena Luka, we unfortunately have to express our disappointment with the business practices that have become common at this establishment. Charging for unordered items on the bill has become an unacceptable practice that undermines guests' trust, this approach has led us to decide not to visit this place anymore.

When we arrived at the resort, we had to wait for our villa to be ready — which would have been completely understandable, had everything actually been prepared. Unfortunately, when we entered the villa, we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working. This raised questions about what exactly was done during the 4-hour preparation period. We were told that we would be without air conditioning for four days — right during the peak of a major heatwave. After repeated complaints, we were eventually provided with a portable AC unit. A week later, the main AC was finally fixed, and our portable unit was immediately given to new guests whose AC also didn’t work. The resort was filled with guests (mostly from Russia and Ukraine) whose behavior was often inconsiderate — especially when it came to the beach area. Many would reserve multiple spots using towels and sunbeds, sometimes placing them in two or three different shaded areas, up to 30 meters apart, leaving little room for others. This created a rather unpleasant atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful — I have no complaints about them — but overall, the resort does not live up to its advertised four-star standard.

Great resort for families with a lot to do for children, multiple playgrounds, a kids program, a kif friendly beach and lots of children for kids to play with.

The hotel accommodation conditions are average. It is the cheapest one on this trip. If you are looking for enjoyment, don't choose it. It is about the size of a domestic seaside guesthouse in the 1990s. It is also the only hotel that charges for parking.

We stayed in the superior apartment which was perfect for a family of 5. My son slept on a sofa bed which would sleep 2 people if needed. The cleaners came daily and changed towels and bins. You can rent beach towels at the Spa for €3 each and keep them for the duration of your stay. The hotel was quiet as it’s pre season and get the impression it gets very busy in high season . Great for little children as the bay is very safe for swimming . Really nice in door heated pool and spa . Biograd town is lovely ,lots of supermarkets within walking distance of each other . It is a perfect location for touring as pretty central to attractions 2hr drive to plitvice lakes 1hr drive to krka national park 45 mins to Zadar. 1 hr to Šibenik 1.5hr to Split Don’t depend on hotel for tourist information, they don’t tell you anything ! -do your own research

First of all, the staff were very helpful and friendly, although the waiters in Mama Rosa restaurant were a bit surly, but for a 4* hotel there were some issues...... No tea or coffee in the room, the balcony doors didn't lock, AC in one of our rooms was broken, shower was cold and poor pressure, one of the lifts was temperamental (we were stuck in it twice). The tv was in the sitting room rather than the bedroom.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom superior apartment plenty space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. The real highlight is the the warm waters of the Adriatic being 30 seconds from the apartment. The resort is built around the magnificent scenery of an Adriatic inlet.
