Family Hotel Adria in Biograd

Drove 7 hours+ with traffic from opatija. Eventhough we booked on agoda and paid fully. They didnt give us all inclusive. Despite it having mentioned that its an all inclusive hotel. Please see email below informing me of the all inclusivity after I paid for the booking. Maybe the staff member who checked us in was being racist since we have flown and travelled from so far. Said we couldn't have dinner but they will do it as a favour?

Wi-Fi in the hotel does not work and the hotel management does not want to do anything about it, so if you need the Internet, you will have to go to the city center and buy a SIM card (None of the managers will advise this) There is a bathtub in the room but there is no plug, on the reception they will tell you that there are basically no plugs and you will have to come up with your own solution to take a bath (another life hack: take an ordinary water cup, it will plug the drain under pressure). The staff ignores ‘do not disturb’ sign and knocks on your room to give you towels, after I hung up a piece of paper asking to not to wake me up early in the morning, they basically stopped cleaning my room altogether. The food quality is really poor, a lot of junk food, there is a 5 hours gap between lunch and dinner and only things they offer is fried nuggets/chips/etc, no fruits or something non-processed. The overall impression of this hotel is that they are trying to save money on everything they can and are completely unconcerned about their guests.

Furniture is at least 20y old, staines all over, bathroom is filty, food is below average, plain. The pool is good but there is no space since all the lounges are occupied around 7am already. Alcohol is tasty. Icecream is good.

Please don't go in this hotel they steel mine watch from room samsung ultra and when I call them they told me the will call me. They didn't call they are not answering on mails nothing. So please don't go near this hotel

not worth the high price - the buffet food is terrible - no selection - and terribly prepared and presented - despite paying for the food I ate out every night - the bathroom in our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival - it was filthy - I do not recommend this hotel

This place is disgusting. I have no other words for it. The bathroom was manky all black tiles when they’re supposed to be white the carpet was stained in several areas. It smelt of wee when entering the room. Dirty finger marks all over the walls. We were there 5 days and not once did our room get cleaned or fresh bed sheets when they stated it is supposed to be clean every 3 days on arrival. the staff look at you like rubbish literally up and down. You smile and say morning and they ignore you. The reception staff on leaving told me to wait aggressively and gave me a dirty look. Then charged me €18 euro which wasn’t mentioned when arriving nor booking. The food was like slop and repetitive. It was more of a school camp than a hotel. Will never come back and would never recommend to anyone. This is certainly not 3 star id say 1 and that would be a push. I was not expecting much but what I got was a huge disappointment. Also the indoor pool doesn’t even have water in so if the weathers bad your stuck in a dirty room with staff who make you feel uncomfortable being around the hotel.
