Family Hotel Adria - All Inclusive in Biograd

Furniture is at least 20y old, staines all over, bathroom is filty, food is below average, plain. The pool is good but there is no space since all the lounges are occupied around 7am already. Alcohol is tasty. Icecream is good.

Please don't go in this hotel they steel mine watch from room samsung ultra and when I call them they told me the will call me. They didn't call they are not answering on mails nothing. So please don't go near this hotel

not worth the high price - the buffet food is terrible - no selection - and terribly prepared and presented - despite paying for the food I ate out every night - the bathroom in our room was not cleaned prior to our arrival - it was filthy - I do not recommend this hotel

This place is disgusting. I have no other words for it. The bathroom was manky all black tiles when they’re supposed to be white the carpet was stained in several areas. It smelt of wee when entering the room. Dirty finger marks all over the walls. We were there 5 days and not once did our room get cleaned or fresh bed sheets when they stated it is supposed to be clean every 3 days on arrival. the staff look at you like rubbish literally up and down. You smile and say morning and they ignore you. The reception staff on leaving told me to wait aggressively and gave me a dirty look. Then charged me €18 euro which wasn’t mentioned when arriving nor booking. The food was like slop and repetitive. It was more of a school camp than a hotel. Will never come back and would never recommend to anyone. This is certainly not 3 star id say 1 and that would be a push. I was not expecting much but what I got was a huge disappointment. Also the indoor pool doesn’t even have water in so if the weathers bad your stuck in a dirty room with staff who make you feel uncomfortable being around the hotel.

this hotel is very overpriced for what you get - the buffets are absolutely terrible - so bad that I didnt even eat the dinner options - when I arrived the bathroom was not cleaned - was absolutely filthy - will never stay here again - oh and make sure to review your invoice when checking out - they add a bunch of charges

Mold in the bathroom, carpet and curtains full of stains, at breakfast 90% of guests do not wear masks, and no one warns them, the waiters do not greet or ask if everything is ok. old bread. Too expensive. we are very disappointed. Tip: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if a guest comes in a bad mood, the waiter can fix it with a smile and good service, which is not the case here.
