No complaints all okay. Recommend for those on a budget.
Dated facilities, close to bus stop to the old town, very close to a lovely beach.
No elevator! Boring breakfast buffet, but other than that, it was a really good hotel. The staff were nice. The management was excellent, and the views were unbeatable. Ample parking, close to public transit. It was very easy to get around.
Good day. The hotel is located on the seashore, in a very beautiful place. The hotel and the room are very clean, everything works. The breakfast is very good. It is a bit far from the city center, 40-50 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by taxi, the trip costs about 5 euros. I can safely recommend this hotel for a vacation.
Very lovely hotel! The room was big enough with an balcony and a sea view!
The staff were amazing!
The breakfast buffet had a very good selection and quality food!
We had one dinner aswell, also buffet style and you had alot of options!
The bus no. 4 stops right in front of the hotel and drops you right at the Pile gate in Old Town after 15-20 minutes.
Excellent breakfast for a three star hotel. Good water pressure, fairly quiet air conditioning. There is a small restaurant and cafe.
The beach area is all concrete, but nearby you can go to a rocky beach. There is a shower and a clay tennis court.
Quite a lot of people after lunch (access to the territory is free for everyone)
Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid 2 sunbeds and parasol -30€.

The room was absolutely delightful with all the amenities you could ask for and so comfortable. The owner was so helpful and gracious. It was perfect!
Our host, Dube was great! She made sure everything was in order, and made us feel very welcomed! The apartment was very nice, clean, and had every accommodation we needed. The location was quiet and cozy.
I highly recommend Stayeva 11!
I would highly recommend this
I was looking for a special place to stay inside Dubrovnik old city walls near the Sea and near the old port and away from the big crowds. Stayeva 11 was just that perfect location – near the old port to take boat trips, plenty of restaurants around, and also near the ocean where you can enjoy a beautiful Sunset. The owner was very nice and she arranged for us a pickup from the Dubrovnik airport...
Honeymoon stay.
My husband and I Had a wonderful stay this October. The room was clean, great location, and host was absolutely great. She was so accommodating, even had a breakfast box made up when we had to leave for our flight very early.
A very charming, fully updated, well appointed property located next to the Old City Wall. The host Dubravka was very welcoming and hospitable. She met us outside Ploce Gate on our arrival, led us to the property and got us settled down nicely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
It has got the great location within the old town, only a few meters away frm the entry of the city walls.
The host Dubravka met us during the check in, provided a lot of information regarding where to eat, shopping, attractions. We have had a great experience in Dubrovnik.

Our 3-night stay at Scalini Palace in Dubrovnik was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and welcoming. We stayed in a city-view room, and it was truly top-notch - waking up to those views every day was a highlight of our trip.
The room itself was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. The location couldn’t have been better...
Convenient location with few stairs compared to other locations. Staff were helpful. Great to have a mini kitchen. Modern, clean.
Breakfast choices were excellent and delivered in our room at the time requested.
Property locstion is also a plus.
We enjoyed the most amazing stay at the Scalini Palace.
The staff, the room, the location, the breakfast in the room were all amazing! We cannot fault any part of our stay and would definitely come back again!
It was the best lodging for a short trip to Dubrovnik with access to all the attractions. It was clean and very comfortable. The mini-kitchen was also very convenient. I would stay there again.

Beautifully located, easy access to bus to Old Town. Lots of restaurant and bars within walking distance. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Bathroom need updated to change bath to make it easier to access.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff is very friendly and always greets with a lovely smile. They also offer a paid dinner buffet which was very nice and had different variations. The location was my biggest highlight, the views where amazing, it is just a walking distance from the beach and beautiful restaurants🥹

4 night stay in Dubrovnik, 15 minutes from old town with spectacular views from the hotel and a local bus that stops right outside the hotel every 20 minutes and costs 2.5 euros. Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and honestly could not fault it. The best part would be the location - the bus stop where you are able to get a 15 minute bus (2.50 euro) into old town is literally on the hotels doorstep. Location was amazing beautiful views overlooking the beach and the sea. The hotel was really clean and had friendly staff. The rooms are really clean modern and had a nice balcony. The Aircon works perfectly and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was decent, nice choice of pastries and fruit Very good value and would return the only drawback would be the amount of steps up or down to the hotel...
If go by Uber go to hotel komodor, we went by the hotel name and had to walk down a very long set of stairs. Otherwise the hotel is so beautiful. Photo taken from room balcony
Great views from rooms' balcony, hotel's location is perfecto just 10 min walking to main bus lines to Dubrovnik. The área is very lively with plenty of bars and restaurants.Only negative point is that to get to The hotel It is necessary to take stairs, even so it's worth staying.
Very warm welcome at the Art Hotel Dubrovnik. I highly recommend a room with a sea view to make the most of your stay. Breakfast on the terrace is a highlight to start the day off right, and you only need to walk down a few steps to enjoy the sun on the beach or explore all the restaurants on the pedestrian street.
I want to thank you for beautiful experience in your hotel. View from balcony it's astonishing. For hotel with 3 stars, for me it's like 5 ***** Food was delicious, service was very pleasant, staff it was fantastic. Special thanks to Ivan , Clara and Nikola.
Super friendly staff, nice location, good breakfast.
But be careful, if you stay for only one night and arrive late (they will give you an option of self check in), they might give you a room with a tiny window looking out to the concrete back yard, giving an impression of sleeping in a souterrain apartment. Nina was very attentive good host really looked after us . Prepared us a breakfast as we were leaving 3.30 am to fly back home .

The room was cheap and was easy walking distance to the TP Line Ferry. The breakfast was very good for the price. The room was a bit smelly and the 2 single beds we selected on ******* was a double (mistake at the property).
Nice little stay.
Lovely little place and room. Small window but a great view. Perfect location to reach local shops, ferries, boat rides, and the bus station. Nina was very nice and hospitable. Good if you only need to sleep in the room which worked well for us for only one night.
The location was great, and the ferry terminal was close by, which was great. It wasn't too bad to walk to Dubrovnik, so it was really nice. I highly recommend it.

Warm and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable. Great wifi. About 15 minute walk from the the Old Town. We liked being able to get away from the masses of people inside the walls. Very peaceful location. Villa Katarina is (like a lot of places in Dubrovnik) on a pedestrian only walkway with stairs. Close to several mini-markets that carry the essentials.
Our hostess, Katarina herself, made us feel very welcomed in her home. The individual apartment rooms were clean and satisfactory for our needs. A lovely terrace in the sun to have happy hour and Katarina graciously gifted us some local wine, beer and oranges right off her trees in the yard. Beautiful garden. We had an easy walk down to Old Town.
Very sweet and friendly host. Comfortable accommodation with nice view from the window. The only issue is that this place is listed as Villa KatErina on Google. Villa KatArina is at a different location about 5 km away. I went there first and had to pay extra for my taxi. I did inform the owner of this.
Beautiful location with a clean room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
Had a great time at Villa Katarina. Easy and convenient check in and a great centrally located property.
Area felt very safe and secure, nice patio, renovated interior. Owners were very nice and welcoming! Only thing was that the shower was a bit small and water would get everywhere on the floor.

A very friendly family run this who welcome you at checkin. it does have some crazy parking available on the road and entrance. But after that they manage moving your car if you have one. I also saw a motorbike protected in the court yard. A great 2 bedroom apt, one clean bathroom and daily upkeep… replace coffee, towels and a clean (excellent). no cooking facilities but a kettle, fridge and wine glasses...
Very convenient place to stay. Room was comfortable. It's a family home and owners are relaxed and helpful. ******* listed laundry facilities on site however that wasn't the case. We used the nicest public laundry just a short walk from Villa Dard. We didn't need our car so it was parked onsite for 3 days.
Located outside Old Town only 15 minute walk but uphill. Wonderful attentive host. Free parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Nice to be outside the craziness of Old Town Dubrovnik but it is a bit of a hike up if you’re not able bodied.
Read the fine print when you book as it says one has to give advance notice if want to use free parking. They still accommodated us. The pictures have since changed to show the correct inside as when we booked and what we got, was different. Also be aware there are no elevators. We had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. Lastly, lot of kids running around late at night and early in the morning. Maybe...

Uber taxi drivers could be a problem, and we were dropped at a nearby location with steep steps to climb.
Fairly easy to find. 15min down hill walk from beautiful beach area, shops and restaurants. Convenient bus stop location- easy to get to Old Town. Good wifi. The beds were not very comfortable and could upgrade pillows as well. Tv very small and tucked away behind closet. Could also upgraded towels. Ants all over floor. Beautiful location with views over the harbour. We were concerned having read previous reviews and negative comments. When we arrived the room was basic, but clean. Our stay was excellent. View from the appartment 3 was amazing! Location good, comfy beds and the appartment was clean.
There was no soap in the bathroom nor hair dryer. We didn't get an answer via text message from the owner.
Location was perfect for restaurants, bars and amenities with easy transport and plenty of shops. The pool and outside area was well kept and had a great view. The accommodation was very average and dated, and the cooking facilities were very poor and limited. I think it needs some updating but not too bad value for money. This was the perfect location for us 15 minutes walk into Dubrovnik 2 or 3 times a day. There is a steep hill into the town which can be either be accessed by lots of steps 2 or 3 buildings down or a longer incline down the road.
