We booked the hotel based on its positive reviews, especially because of the highly praised sports program. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The average age of the guests was over 60, and it was clear that most were not there for an active holiday. We spent a family holiday in this hotel for the second time. Despite a little bit small rooms everything was acceptable except one thing. Ignorant guests (not every guest of course). The worst thing which is hotel management responsible is that every public rest spot in the hotel is a smoking area with ashtrays everywhere. Guests are smoking even during moderated mini disco for kids - this is unacceptable...

Out stay was fantastic! Hotel staff was attentive, responsive and accommodating. The only things I’d change is maybe adding a shop fir guests to get snacks in between meals. But otherwise, fabulous stay, WONDERFUL location. I will definitely return!

A hotel with a super good location and full sea view. The rooms are large and clean, with plenty of hot water. The hotel has its own beach and seaside green space. This is an amazing hotel. The position is perfect, right on the water. The old town and bus stop really close by. The pool is beautiful, overlooking the sea. Lovely Hotel, great Staff and lovely Facilities. Only let down were the rooms, booked a 2+1, note that it is small for 3 adults, suits two adults and child and even then it would be tight. We had a chance to see a hotel room, which I personaly wouldn't like to sleep in ( we fortunatelly stayed in an another hotel). Absolutely brilliant place to stay if you want a nice and relaxing family holiday. We had booked this hotel with one of the options for an elevator. Upon arrival we found out we had to go up 2 flights of stairs then get an elevator that too with out someone helping us with our bags. I have a knee issue and informed the hotel staff but I guess they don’t care. No apology either. Same thing when we checked out. No help with our bags. Will not recommend this hotel. :(

Sadly you can only do the buffet and not open to have just yogurt and a coffee or something smaller. Beach side the staff can only deliver food/drinks -no interaction. Not personal we had to use an app that only worked 1/2 time. Drinks and food at the beach were too expensive and no happy hour. I stay in 5 star hotels all over the world.

A must stay in Dubrovnik staff, food overall 10 out of 10 for us definitely will be back. We only had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights due to being stranded in Dubrovnik after a Marella Cruise strong winds stopped all planes from coming in and out however this turned out to be a great experience and wouldn’t have found this Gem of a hotel.

Hotel was in perfect location, clean and modern. We had a few slight issues in the room like needed more hangers, fridge didn’t work but after a few requests were sorted. The girls on reception were friendly but could have done a lot more on the welcoming front it was very much “there are your keys” and then back to their phones or laptop. The hotel is located opposite the ancient city, and the scenery is definitely unmatched by other hotels. However, the interior decoration is not worthy of the room rate of about 4,500. The hotel is long, but there is only one place with an elevator. Our room is far from the elevator, and we have to walk a long way to the elevator every time. Maybe the weather was not good and it was raining, and the hotel landscape was average. What was not smooth was that our room card could not be opened several times. We went to the front desk three times, and it was not fixed until late at night. They did not tell me to change the room directly... The handling efficiency was low.
