Had a lovely apartment with outdoor space, and all the space you could hope for. Really well equiped kitchen with dining table and masses of storage space too. It was cleaned every day too

The beach we experienced in Pula was footsteps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It about an hour walk from the arena.

Amazing stay Amazing stay, clean throughout with lots of things to do on site and walkable places nearby. Bus stop at bottom of the road takes you into centre of city frequently. Restaurants cheaper off site but expected , staff friendly and helpful. Could not recommend more

Cat poo under bed. Generally good but really nasty surprise to find cat poo under the bed. Cleaning routines clearly not working.

Great resort for families. The apartment had narrow steep stairs to the main bedroom so not good for elderly people The pool area doesn’t open u til 9am so you need to queue up from 8:30am to get lounge and umbrella. The bus into town was handy and only 2euro each - overall a great location for beach and pool activities.

The best of the best would be to have an small indoor playground near the restaurant so that parents could take time to eat quietly while kids are playing.

I had very low expectations for this resort from all the negative reviews I had read beforehand. I booked a stay from the pictutes, and chose Noa Roko apartments, self catering. We are 3 days into our 10 day stay at the Waterman Kaktus, booked a privilege room with sea view which is lovely ( room 310), the view is fabulous. Could do with tea and coffee facilities but we brought a travel kettle. What a great family holiday. We stayed in a sea view room (222) on the second floor. The room was clean with good facilities and was cleaned regularly. The hotel team looked after us well, were always available, and were super friendly, particularly the bar staff. Unfortunately, the staff was very unfriendly. The service was very lackluster and unmotivated. At breakfast, you almost felt like you had to apologize if you needed cutlery from the staff. All in all, this hotel does not justify the prices charged. The worst 4-star hotel I've ever stayed in this price category. On our first night, the room suddenly lost power in the middle of the night, leaving us completely dark. After contacting them, they said there was a problem with the power card. The next day, we suddenly realized our door wasn't properly locked. At first, we thought it was just carelessness, but two days of strange behavior made us doubt it... On our second night, we returned to the hotel after sightseeing...

The room was small, but it was considered a good value hotel for the area. The view from the room was great, and the breakfast restaurant was also quite large.

Hotel is asking for refreshments as all the facilities are used for many years now and grade for that part alone wouldn't be the best. What can I say? The perfect place for a relaxing vacation. All the staff are friendly and super kind. Super-abundant breakfasts (try the omelets) and excellent dinners, especially the pizza. Please stop putting mushrooms in your carbonara. The outdoor and indoor pools are well-maintained, and the spa is convenient.

Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age and needs renovation. The exterior also needs some updating. The food was good, and everything was served by friendly staff.

Room relatively small, once the bed was made the other time it was just pretended. Breakfast and food were ok; Unfortunately you can only sit on the upper terrace during breakfast or dinner, but that should be changed for a hotel with a sea view (so that you can sit outside nice and comfortably even when staying in the lobby or bar);

Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

Stayed a week for cycling off road. Amazing trails within a short distance and 1,000's km of trails of all types. The staff did all they could to assist our group. The restaurant has a large selection and the staff went out of their way to accommodate special diets. The swimming pools are of a high level. Really reccomend this hotel.

Review of our stay as a couple at Valamar Tamaris hotel mid september 2025. The hotel looks nice and the complex is situated in a beautiful green environment with lots of trees and nice flowers. The hotel has 2 pools: 1 activitypool focusing on children and 1 relaxpool focusing on people who love a more quite surrounding. During the first days of our stay there were many families with small children...

Lots to do and fantastic food/drink. Kids club is adequate and there are other kid activities in the evening. Surprised that everything else costs extra. The inflatable on water, sunbeds/umbrellas, paddle boards, etc. That being said, it had a hefty price tag. Dogs are 30€/nt each and if you get a villa, there is a substantial stroll in the weather.

This is a heaven for kids: animation team is doing their best to make sure kids are entertained and parents are having the best vacation possible. In general, service is great: at the lobby, lobby bar, restaurant, cleaning team (rooms ave very tidy). We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the location is ideal – quiet but still central. Breakfast was varied and of good quality!! We stayed at the Valamar Tamaris Resort all-inclusive hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Maro Club was a great place for the kids and to earn some points and get some presents. Gabrijel, Ivona and Patricija. Food was deilcious and well organized. Spacious room we had and no noise at all. We would be happy to go back again to a Valamar location.

Very helpful reservation team, they provided us with the exact room wanted, excellent food, great children program, unfortunately rooms were not cleaned well, not vacuumed at all, 2 old filthy carpets on the floor.

Avoid the annex It’s an average hotel if you are able to stay in the main building, but avoid the annex at all costs. Halls and rooms of the annex smell like cigarette and they try to mask it with an air freshener that only makes it all worse. That being said, a few design/comfort flaws with the main hotel as well. The walls are quite thin where we could hear our neighbors open/close their closet...

Punta Vitality Hotel in Veli Lošinj is in a perfect location right on the water, with stunning views from most rooms. Recently renovated, it offers two large pools with plenty of sunbeds plus direct beach access. The staff are professional and kind, and parking is easy with both underground and outdoor options. A very comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

Not recommended. While the hotel may cater to older guests with features like an open shower, the design lacks careful consideration. The slippery tiles in the open shower pose a significant safety hazard, especially for those with mobility issues

Truly an amazing hotel to visit, located right next to the sea. Food is delicious, rooms are cozy, clean and have a fantastic wiev on Adriatic sea. Great friendly staff. Clean rooms with clear comfortable beds. For an all inclusive resort, the food was just okay. This is definitely a family friendly resort with lots of kids. The non alcoholic drinks were not very good. Cheaper generic cola wasn’t good. The beach and pool area were nice. Overall, I would stay again

As usual, I had a good read of a lot of negative reviews before we booked and ignored most of them . Hotel is a bit old fashioned in places but it’s kept so clean you don’t mind. People complain about no sun beds but I’m writing this pool side in 30 degree heat and there are plenty of free beds if you get out of bed before 10! Nice hotel ( old but nice ), with own garden, beautiful see, pool, bikes......Hotel is old and would need a renovation, but it is clean incl. hotel rooms. There is nobody cleaning the garden ( full bins the whole day ), nobody cleans sun beds and umbrellas....Restaurant is huge - meal is not very good - quite a good choice of everything, but cooked in very bad way ( all the meat - even a tuna fish...

We had a great stay for a week. 5 people in 2 rooms. Nice and clean all the time and great location. Really close to the beach and pool. Perfect All inclusive hotel. Food was ok and beer and drinks was good. All though. Water you had to ask for at the bar all the time. Was hard for the kids to keep hydrated.
