Hotel Sumratin in Dubrovnik

Arrived for 2 nights in this absolutely new hotel, it is important to point out that the rooms are magnificent, the bathroom also, lovely view and balcony overlooking the sea and its beach. Good bedding, high-end materials. Unfortunately, the spa was still under construction, and the rooftop pool was freezing in September, which is surprising... very nice staff on the rooftop, thank you to them 🙏🏻 The breakfast was just okay but the room is quite huge and impersonal, not worthy of a 5 star. It lacked certain quality products to differentiate it from a classic 4 star hotel (ordinary pastries, no fresh fruit juice available, we had to ask), and the service, although very friendly, also helpful and very smiling, is seriously lacking in "5 star" training. The owner should invest in continuing training for his team. At the end of our stay, no one asked us if our stay went well, we feel a recurring lack of 5 star attitude. We hope that over time this will progress in the right direction, and we wish the whole team all the best.
