I could not recommend Villa Dubrovnik higher. The grounds are immaculate, the views are spectacular, and the rooms are beautiful. Most importantly, it is the service that is exceptional.

Villa Dubrovnik is an absolutely magnificent property. They pay attention to every detail and the service is impeccable. From the arrival to the check out, everything was done with the utmost care. The view from our room could not have been more perfect. All the touches in the room were great.

The beautifully renovated Villa Dubrovnik is a place that seeps into your soul. The staff are so friendly and you will feel like the most important guest. The views are incredible and the rooms are perfection!

Quick stop over in between towns. Staff could not have been ftiendlier. Room was amazing. We had an apartment facing the ocean. Carparking was available and free. The hotel also has an on site restaurant. The service and food there was also great. I wish we had more time to stay there longer.

We had a wonderful ocean view room. There is a swimming area right at the hotel and a pool. Beautiful sunsets and walkable promenade with a lot restaurants. Great breakfast buffet.

Hotel is right by the beach, and if you get a room up higher you get a great view of the sea. Staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant in the hotel, Freja, was fantastic, a must try, both for the included breakfast and for supper. Good breakfast, the kids portion for dinner is very small compare to the price, comfortable beds. The hotel does not have kids club or mini disco and adult entertainment although it’s four star . Had an amazing stay here as part of an organised swim trip. The staff were so kind and helpful. I left a bag on the bus coming from Zadar and they helped me organise with the bus company to bring it to Sibinek and sent their driver to meet the bus. The breakfast was great and they also have a really good menu for lunch and dinner.

Beautiful place, clean room and facilities, and helpful staff. My only suggestion is to provide access to free coffee and tea at anytime of day, rather than only during breakfast. There is no coffee pot nor tea kettle in room either.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast everything clean parking is difficult because you have to park in the garage. That is perhaps 50 to 100 yards away from the hotel if you go to the hotel first with your bags then you have to take a long route back to the garage because the road by the hotel is one way but really a very nice place to stay.

We booked this hotel because it had one of the most affordable offers during peak season, including full board. The hotel is rated four stars, though the services are somewhat more modest compared to other four-star hotels in Croatia – but the lower price reflects that. I would like to say that I was very disappointed that you have to buy your own water when dinning. It’s as if they are cashing in on your need to drink water with your meal. We stayed in Novigrad at the end of a walking holiday, and Palazzo Rainis was an excellent place to relax after a week of walking. Located a ten minute walk from Novigrad centre, close to the harbour, it offered solitude and a short walk for restaurants, bars and the like. The Hotel In Excelsis is located just outside the town of Novalja, but we really liked it because the coast is a 5-minute walk away and there's plenty of parking. We were greeted at the Ferry terminal by the hotel concierge who took our luggage in the hotels private electric buggy car……very cute and exclusive. The stroll to the hotel from the Port is around 8 mins for frequent walkers, and bars, restaurants, shops are around the port itself....

Really nice and clean spa, just the right size for a proper, relaxing break without the crowds. I use the spa regularly and I’m always satisfied. The breakfast is very small, acceptable in a 3-star hotel, but not in a 5-star hotel. Saunas are too small, working on request. You have to pay for sup-s, rather lot, which is unacceptable in an expensive hotel like this one. It is difficult to get in the sea, no ladder.

My partner and I have stayed many times whilst visiting this part of Croatia. Parking ideal across the road. Check in staff very helpful and efficient. Room beautiful, spotless clean, comfy beds. The only thing it lacked was a cold bottle of complimentary water, not a big deal but most 5* do this. Mateo is still there, service with a smile at meal times. Restaurant area is beautiful.
