I stayed in one of several ground floor (actually semi-basement) rooms that opened directly off the relatively quiet street. Noise was a major issue. This was for three reasons: (1) a window facing street and hidden outside by shutters and inside by curtains behind desk was left ajar. The hotel room was exquisite, with ample air conditioning and a comfortable feel! The hotel is conveniently located in the old town! The staff was friendly and helpful in answering our questions. However, we couldn't connect to the hotel's wifi in our room, which was a shame!

The style of the hotel is very vintage, the room and toilet are very big. Our room located next to the road, not too noisy at night time. We had no problem sleeping. It is in the edge of the old town, very easy to get to the center and main attractions. Only downside is the curtain at the door doesn’t really seem to be big enough to cover lights.

The accommodation was spotless and had everything one might need, providing a very comfortable stay. The unit had two bathrooms which was very nice. The place was very clean overall and the little outdoor patio allowed us to dry out some wet clothing. Julija was so pleasant at check-in and she set up a taxi for us for a 4:30AM trip to the airport. The driver showed up right on time.

Great location, just steps from the beach and the promenade, perfect for exploring Makarska on foot. It was really convenient to have a parking spot in the garage, as parking in the area can be tricky. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and everything was well organized. Perfect place for visiting old town and relaxing on the beach! The beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, and the old town is only 10 minutes away. The room was very nice, with a large, comfortable bed and air conditioning. If you’re a sea swimmer the location of this resort is incredible. Don’t forget beach shoes as there are some sea urchins upon entry to the sea. We had a two bedroomed apartment for a week booked through Jet2. Our apartment was facing the back and had a view of the mountain through the trees, no sea view, just a 'glimpse' of the sea. Really nice place to stay. Very polite and accommodating. About a 10-15 minute walk from the town which is fine, just a little tricky (slippery) if it rains. Breakfast was great, the rooms look brand new and beds are comfortable.

I definitely don’t recommend this hotel The room was less than tiny, very uncomfortable, not even a chair fit in it. The location is up the hill from the city center. Breakfast was fine.
