It was a wonderful stay. The room was clean and large, access to a bar and restaurant was exactly what we needed. Perfect respite from our travels!

Hotel Fanat has a freindly professional vibe toward customers, we noticed this extended amongst the staff members creating an overall enjoyable atmosphere. The quality of food and service at their restaurant is exceptional. Staying here has been an absolute pleasure.

We arrived late on evening, Frane at reception desk was very helpful and efficient: I made a mistake at reservation (twin beds instead of 1 arge bed) but he found immediatly a solution to fix this. Dinner, breakfast and lunch were of excellent quality.

Great hotel with excellent service! The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the beach and close to several nice restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing stay.

The coastal walk from Splitska to Postira with coffee in the Lipa Hotel is our morning ritual. The lovely waitress always smiled and often the coffee would arrive without us even ordering. Until next summer. Hvala very much!

Very friends staff, who fix some minor problems with the facilities

It was an okay hotel, luckily we got a sea view room and the sunset was lovely to see from the room. Nearby restaurants that were good were Brazza and Gustirna. The breakfast at the hotel unfortunately was disappointing. I would have put this more in the three star category. Tip- if dining at Gustirna the lamb dish needs to be ordered the day before

Amazing small Hotel with very profesional and friendly personal. Rooms are spacious and even rooms have balcony with partial see view. Cleaning ladies, reception, restaurant and bar personal deserve 6 stars on scale of 5 Owner is also friendly, tqlk to guests and assured that we all get the best service I can only recommend

Great staff. Amazing location. Well furnished and clean. Food ok however we mainly ate out. Make sure to ask the staff how to change to the english set of tv channels as we were stuck on German tv all weekend.

Not bad, but for the price should be perfect which isn't. Dishes in the room kitchen are not cleaned properly even if you have dishwasher included - maybe because no one use it cause u have no tablets for free. Shower is not holding tight on the holder cause its broken and no one repairs it. Food choice in the restaurant is not a big deal and you will find better places in Brela. But on the other side...

Our stay was exceptional! Staff advised us on directions to the city gate where they met and accompanied us to the hotel. Andy, Maria, Chris and another lovely desk attendant assisted us with all activities, meals and helped thru more than one ferry complication. The service is exceptional and the location in the old town square is ideal. You would be mistaken to stay elsewhere in Split!

Location is awesome. Room was very nice. People were incredible. Service was great. Wi-fi was spotty and slow. Bath tub drain kept sticking shut. Showering in 4 inches of water not fun. With just a couple of improvements, this place would be perfect!

Everything about this place was wonderful. Staff will meet you at city entrance and help walk you and your suitcases back to the facility. Hotel was so charming from the lovely bar area to the breakfast buffet. Rooms were well furnished and A/C worked great. 5+ stars for this great little hotel in the heart of Old Town Split!!

Right in the heart of the old town "palace" area. Exceptional staff. Room just as it looked in the photos and was great. Have to walk maybe 2-3 blocks to get to hotel from any taxi drop off, but that is true of all the hotels in the old town. Can't get anywhere in the old town area by car. t was great to be in the center of all the action. Hotel was quiet. Would definitely recommend highly.

The property is located right inside the walls of the old city, almost 1700 years old! 😲 The hotel is truly boutique, with 5 star amenities and service. The staff, Ana, Jan, and Ante made our stay welcoming and comfortable, guided us for activities, dining, and travel further to our next destinations.

We had a planning faux pas and needed a room for one extra day before we went back home. The hotel that we had been staying in was roughly €500 per night. Sleep split did not have as large of a room, it was an extremely nice room with modern amenities and was only 150 euros. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was so convenient to walk to The Old Town . The entry system made it feel very safe and secure. We were met and helped by staff efficiently on check-in and checkout. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Temperature control good!

This hotel is in a great location to walk easily around Split. The area was nice and they had a lovely garden in the back. The staff was so helpful. Maya checked us in and gave us great info on where to go, eat and what to skip. The air conditioning worked in the rooms which says a lot for rooms in Europe. We really liked it here and would definitely stay again.

The concierge was wonderful when we checked in. They explained where to park and assisted with luggage. They accommodated our request for 2 twin beds. The room was standard size for Europe and was very clean. Bathroom was a nice size. Breakfast was great! There were made to order eggs and coffee as well as a great spread. Location was walkable to everything! We had a great time!

A very stylish hotel set right by the beaches in the heart of Baska Voda. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly giving helpful advice when asked. Every area was clean and nicely scented. Our room had a huge bed with very comfortable mattress and pillows and had plenty of storage and efficient aircon. We had a fantastic stay at this property! The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The pool and spa area were a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best parts was how close the beach was, just a short walk away! This is simply a superb hotel in the centre of Baska Voda. The room we had was extremely well appointed. The staff were helpful and friendly and the food was excellent both breakfast and evening meal. The entertainment on two evenings was really good and a gin and tonic on the terrace is a great way to relax both pre and post dining. We will definitely be returning. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Great value for the price. We were most impressed by the staff at the restaurant called KORNELIA and SUAD, kind, approachable and always smiling. We stayed in a room on the first floor, the room was always clean and tidy. For dinner you could choose between two dishes, Mediterranean and continental. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the hotel.

We were beyond happy with everything. Perfect location, stunning sea view from our room (highly recommend this option), beautiful interior and top-quality service. Excellent location in the city center. You have to park outside, but there was a parking garage about 300 meters away for €24 per day. Spacious and very nice rooms. The bathroom was very good. The hotel is on the second and third floors, but there is an elevator.

This should be considered a homestay. The hygiene is good, the landlady is very nice, and the hotel is in an excellent location. You can find a seaside hotel a few hundred meters away to watch the sunset and sunrise.

The hotel is conveniently located on the 3rd floor of an old central building right in the middle of Split. About 30 minutes from airport but do note taxi can only drop you of nearby. Hotel San Antonio is the main hotel in this group and facilities are in this hotel but a short walk away and right next to beach and bars/restaurants. Staff ok and knowledgeable, helpful when asked. Not many shops close by and centre of split is a good 20 mins taxi ride, busses are available but not used by us.

The hotel is very nice, it is worth the price-quality ratio, the service is very good and the beds are very comfortable. It has a beach at the back and is very quiet. The breakfast is very complete, it is worth it

One of our favourite hotel stays in recent years. Great location, super friendly staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant were both very good as well. They say the true test of hospitality is when something goes wrong, well, the one small problem we had with a leaking A/C unit was fixed within five minutes, with both Maintenance and House Keeping attending to fix and clean up. The location of this hotel is excellent and accessible to shopping and dining. Breakfast was outstanding.

Good stay Perfect location in Hvar port and good hotel. Staff can’t do enough for you. Communal areas really nice and received fizz on arrival. Also if you arrive on boat there’s someone there to collect bags. Concierge really helpful and restaurant staff at night were great. We stayed at Adriana Hvar for 5 nights. The sea view room was on a corner, so it felt a bit small. The shower drain wasn’t working properly and we had to use beach towels, otherwise the floor would have been flooded with water. On the positive side, the staff was very responsive—when we got stuck at Hula Hula beach, they immediately arranged a taxi to pick us up. They also left a lovely note and artisan...

Excellent small hotel. Quirky room with heritage features. Staff were great, bed was comfortable. Well positioned for Diocletians palace. Only minor issue was that the partially underground breakfast room needs some more lights.

More 2 star than 4 star Small dark room, very little hanging space, poor AC. Our room smelt of stale cigarettes. Breakfast is very limited, no warm food. Didn’t replace in room coffee or clean mugs/glasses during 3 night stay. There is no bar/cafe as advertised. Good location Definitely not 4 star hotel

A beautiful small hotel, full of history just like the area it’s located in. The room was excellent, very clean, and the girls at the reception were friendly, smiling, and welcoming. A big yes from us. We will recommend to our friends and family for sure

The hotel is almost perfect except the noise insulation, unfortunately it is a really big deal. I understand this is a very old building but the sound from the ceiling (people walking in above floor) is totally unacceptable. We can hear all the step so clearly and we cannot sleep well. Tbh I am someone very easy to fall asleep but unfortunately not this time Other than that, everything almost perfect

While the unit itself is lovely, if you plan to arrive after 11 PM, I do not recommend staying here. We waited from 11:30 until midnight standing in the street until someone came to let us in. During the night, two gentlemen sat at the tables outside and had a conversation until 4:10 AM. Without any staff on-site, these issues are difficult to manage, so I would not choose to stay here again.

Location is near Old Town and Diocletians Palace. Rooms are large and bathrooms are great. Beds are comfortable. Staff are lovely. Only down side was a horrible smell of sewerage coming into the bathoom. We had to change rooms due to it, then in the next room, leave the exhaust fan on constantly. Staff say it happens when wind is blowing.

Despite everything, the hotel is located in a central area, which makes it easy to visit the city.

We had a fantastic holiday in a beautiful Sun Spalato apartment in Žnjan, Split, Croatia. The property management team were most helpful and very quick to respond to our queries and provided clear instructions how to access the property. Hope to use Sun Spalato Property Management services again in the future and would highly recommend them!

This elegant little hotel is right on the water. When we walked off the ferry, a hotel rep was there with a cart to cart all of our luggage inside.
