Everyone, never stay at this hotel. They're completely scamming their customers. After making a reservation, they'll email you to request airport pickup and tour reservations, and then tell you that you need ID and taxes at reception. They're constantly lying and scamming you, making it seem like they're operating a normal hotel. I arrived at the hotel around 4:00 PM on the day of my stay, but not only was there no reception, the doors were locked, the lights were off, and there was no one there. There were no guests at all. I couldn't wait any longer, so I stopped by a bar next door and asked the hotel owner to call me. He said he'd be home soon, but when he didn't show up, I asked the owner hanging around the bar again. He said he couldn't accommodate me, that he'd connect me to another hotel, and that I should take a taxi. After much difficulty, I managed to get to another hotel 30 minutes away in that person's car and check in. However, it was already 7 p.m. by then, and I shudder to think about the nearly three hours I spent shivering in the rain, cold, and fear. My plan to arrive early, explore, and leave early the next day was completely ruined. Instead of sightseeing, I ended up suffering. Where can I get compensation for this? I booked the hotel because it was advertised as a straight line from the bus terminal, but contrary to the hype, there was no direct road behind the station. I had to take a long detour, and it was up a steep hill. I dragged my bags for over 30 minutes in the rain, and after much difficulty, I arrived at the hotel, which was completely abandoned. I later found out that the hotel was without electricity and water and was unable to operate. I rarely write reviews, but I'm writing this now because I want to make sure hotels like this are shut down quickly so no one like me can be victimized again. Please, everyone, never stay at this hotel. The same mistakes will happen again.
