Location was excellent. It was in a very quiet area but also very close to all the main attractions only a short walk so that was superb. The room itself was very large and very comfortable and very well appointed the breakfast was a bit limited and could do with a bit more variety.

The apartment is in a great location. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

(1) Home made breakfast - healthy and delicious. (2) Clean room but one with balcony is tiny. (3) Room was just painted with strong smell but the window had to be closed as outside street is very noisy. (4) Friendly provided a simple breakfast bag in previous evening but orange juice bottle was not from store but refilled by hotel as the bottle cap was loose to leak into the fridge (to be more exactly, we ordered twice with day1 perfect but the day2 with loose cap juice bottle). Overall it is a good stay but still some room to improve, specially it is considered as 4-stars. Even with multiple issue, I still rated with high score and expected and encourage their improvement.

The room was very nice and charming. In a quiet yet convenient area. The rooms are spread out throughout a neighborhood as is the breakfast room. The staff in the breakfast room was great, they did a lot with a small space and made sure all customers were taken care of. Nice variety of food.

Beautiful, relaxing, and spacious room; loved the layout and setting. Easy walk to transport and close to sightseeing and food locations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and fairly well equipped, although a microwave and a knife to cut crusty bread would be useful.
The position of the apartment was perfect. We could walk everywhere we needed. Very happy with Divota apartment.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Split. The room was spacious and close to the city center, so I had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was not that great, but the atmosphere was great.
