It's definitely a 3-star hotel, but it was very clean, and I was planning to give it 4 stars because of the service from the staff, who were very friendly, but then at breakfast, the girls working there kept bringing food for our group of 15, even though we ate late (like right before it ended). And that didn't put them off. They all worked very hard. The location was great, easy to walk around the city from there.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff was very polite, and the room and bathroom were clean. The location is ideal for a busy sightseeing schedule, as the hotel is close to all the major attractions.

It's clean, breakfast is self-service, the waiters are friendly, and it's very safe to leave your luggage in the hotel.

It's simply amazing, impeccable! Newly renovated, no odor, all white, simple and modern. A bottle of water is provided every day. Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and body lotion are all available. There is a coffee machine and a kettle, which can make tea directly, which is rare. The lobby is also a restaurant bar, and there are desserts. There is a supermarket and DM next to it.

The most satisfactory thing is the bedding. The mattress is a little hard and a little high, but the pillows and quilts are so comfortable. It feels like sinking into it and being wrapped, like sleeping in the clouds.

The location is also good. It takes less than half an hour to get here from the long-distance bus station, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the ancient city.
