Amazing for the price it has. No unneccesary complications while checking in or out. Simple breakfast but you could see the freshness of it. Hygiene 10/10. Staff very friendly. Will be back here on my next visit in Zagreb.

We were on the road for two days, chose this hotel to spend one night. The price is average, 85 euros per night for two people. There was a hope to just get some sleep. The photo showed white beds, an ordinary room, nothing unusual. Based on the results of the night - guys, it's time to buy new beds or at least mattresses! The beds are short for the average adult. The mattresses are made of springs, they press on the bones, they creak. In the morning you feel unrested. You feel even worse and also feel that you were deceived. They took money as for a European standard room, but in fact you slept in a dirty, uncomfortable room. P.S. There are also spiders in every corner, dirty dusty curtains. There is no kettle to make even tea to calm down. Conclusion - you are stuck in the distant past, with the prices of the future. A hotel is for relaxing, not suffering. Visitors usually want ordinary comfort. Which was not here. and also the air conditioner blows directly into the bed! summer, 35 degrees outside. there is a choice either to suffocate at night, or to get sick. there is no mosquito net on the windows, sleeping with the window open is not an option. I do not recommend. I hope that you will pay attention and do some minimum for your visitors.

The hotel is conveniently located outside of the city centre and easily accessible from the “Slovenia – Sea” highway. It features 24h front desk. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is a hotel parking but due to its bad accessibility they’ve recommend me to find parking spot on the street and only if I would fail, they’d show me where the parking was. If you are on the proper side, you’ll have beautiful view of the Sljeme hill. Breakfast does not offer many options but is good.
Unfortunately, during my stay, I forgot some items in my room. Nobody from the hotel has contacted me about my forgotten items and I had to call them several times to get confirmation that they have found them, so I could arrange a friend to pick them for me. I would expect that in an event I forget my belongings in a hotel, the hotel tries to contact me. They had my phone number, or they could have contacted me via Booking.com. If they already didn’t contact me, I’d expect that a notice is given to the reception so when I call, they can tell me that they found it, not that I have to call several times being told that they didn’t know and to call later once a person from other shift comes and then again to call next day when somebody else comes.

Lovely place to stay for 1-2 days, with their own restaurant which opens on weekends while most other are closed, breakfast is great, wifi is strong and stable, they have street parking around the hotel, you could easily find one almost anytime in a day. Can't really tell something I don't like.

Can't recommend! Too expensive for the price! Breakfast totally cheap and little choice. Children ate hard old cornflakes/granola. Hotel beds are catastrophic, squeak really loudly! As a family with two children, we unfortunately got 3 single beds, very uncomfortable. Balcony was accessible to someone else's next room - far too unsafe! I was totally shocked when a strange child was on my balcony in the morning and looked into my room.

General rating is ok. However, the rooms lacks any basic amenities like mini fridge, coffeemaker, iron,etc. No laundry service. No bar/restaurant available on premises except in the morning for breakfast. A little bit far from Center, close to SkyTower Office (at lesst some value if you visit Telekom). Clean room, a little bit outdated bathroom and quite noisy location due to traffic outside.

Amazing interior, great coffee and cakes. Waiters are genuinely nice and polite to you and smoking area has really good ventilation / air conditioning.
