The guesthouse was perfect, it is a spacious and peaceful place. Also, the employees are very helpful. They offered us tea and coffee all day long, free of charge. The rooms were very clean and tidy, I definitely want to come again. I must say, the prices are also very affordable!

Good place to stay in case you need only a bedroom. The rooms are clean and well arranged, some electric appliances are available which is a big +. I give 4* due to the location: to get there by car is an adventure. Anyway it is recommended as a place to stay in, it's really a homelike place.

Very cheap rates and the location is perfect. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. It's not close to the road so you get a peaceful time sleeping. The staffs at the reception are very friendly and polite.

Stayed here in June for 9 nights loved every minute of our stay, but October's visit started good but after 8 days they moved us on because they wanted rooms for other guests. Our first visit was 5 years ago when the hotel was showing signs of lack of maintenance. Since then it’s deteriorated quite considerably. Good hotel for a good price in great location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. It’s like a little village with a church, restaurant and pool as well. Didn't actually stay in these apartments, but was shown around them as was interested in staying when I next return to Cyprus. What I saw showed a great sized pool, and the apartments modern. They offer the full range of accommodation choice too, from Self Catering, right through to All inclusive. I would not hesitate to use these when I return.

My family and I stayed for two weeks it’s not a five star holiday destination but your not paying five star prices it’s a family run apartment complex with bar restaurants. pool. etc Helena and her staff couldn’t be more helpful it’s a short walk to the beach and there’s entertainment in the bar every night and the food is very good in the restaurant

A family run apartment and hotel. Every night you can relax in the bar with solid prices. The staff is kind and cordial. Really good location, straight onto liminaki beach and the harbour. With sunbeds avaible on beachfront. The food is basic but it suited us because we like going out to the restaurants. This was my second time staying in Ayia Napa, the most tourist-oriented part of Cyprus. Everything was very good. Professionalism, promptness, friendliness, cleanliness, quietness, very good location, close to taverns and shops, yet far enough away that we could sleep very good. I wholeheartedly recommend it and will definitely be back.

The hotel's location is excellent. I had a sea-view room, directly overlooking the marina. There are a few sun loungers on the hotel beach, which is nice; I didn't have to pay for them. Breakfasts were good. The reception was excellent; they helped with all my questions, including printing my boarding pass and arranging airport transfers.

It was in excellent location - the staff was VERY friendly. a special thank to Mihaela who is the best receptionist I have seen in my life!!! The hotel was close to the port, close the city center and a good beach right 1 minute walk from the hotel. The food was DELICIOUS - better not possible. Very easy to get fat:)
