Good place to stay in case you need only a bedroom. The rooms are clean and well arranged, some electric appliances are available which is a big +. I give 4* due to the location: to get there by car is an adventure. Anyway it is recommended as a place to stay in, it's really a homelike place.

Very cheap rates and the location is perfect. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. It's not close to the road so you get a peaceful time sleeping. The staffs at the reception are very friendly and polite.

I really wonder why this place is not better rated because it deserves 9. Everything is perfect, especially the view, the place is clean, the kitchen is well equipped, well positioned, the beach is across the street. So, there's everything that a solo traveller needs.

This one is a bit on the sweeter site, but it matches the flavour profile perfectly, it's not rubbery and its just fantastic for every bite. This was my second time staying in Ayia Napa, the most tourist-oriented part of Cyprus. The hotel is modern; my room was nice, somewhat lacking in character, with a view of the sea and the pool, and relatively spacious. The hotel is located near the marina and the main promenade. A drawback of the hotel is that it is situated at the beginning of a rocky beach, so entering the sea requires walking...

It is difficult to fault this hotel in any way. The rooms are spotless and well provisioned. The staff are courteous and friendly and breakfast and dinner options are plentiful and great quality, (we stayed half board) representing great value for money. All in all it was fantastic.

The only downside is that the hotel isn’t within walking distance of the city’s main entertainment spots. But if you don’t mind a short taxi ride or a bit of a walk, it’s a real gem. The place is cozy, spotless, and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming. Breakfast was great, and the pool area was absolutely fantastic.

This can be even easier given the bridge across the busy road, though we couldn't use it due to having a stroller. What a great place, superb views, immaculately clean, beautiful apartment and great facilities, very central and within walking distance of Columbia Beach Cafe one of my fave places for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. I visit Cyprus 2 - 3 times a year and I am certain to return to this apartment. Cannot praise this highly enough 5 stars all the way.

Property was clean, service was excellent. Had an initial problem with the unit I was given. It was not the flat I rented from your site. From the pictures on your site, I had a desk in the master bedroom and a bathroom with a tub. That was not what we were given. After contacting the Front Desk, Mr Socrates found an adequate Unit for my family to move to the following day.

Excellent location for exploring the centre. Really quiet. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was pleasant with a range of different foods on offer. The rooms are basic, clean and spacious. Make sure to bring your own drinking water as there is none in the room.

Stayed here for one night, room was lovely and clean, pool was unusual as it has grey tiles and not the normal blue, but it’s great us of space. We stayed in building B, which was surprisingly quiet despite being right in the busy tourist area.
