Nice, friendly staff. Food is tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms are clean and perfect for holiday stay! The only problem there is no mini fridge in the rooms and because the weather is hot any drink you take up gets warm. But otherwise it is great hotel.

There in Low season so a few things can be forgiven so I would say because of the staff and spa facilities I give it a 3.5. Amazing location. It has both an outdoor and indoor pool. The gym is sort of small for the size of the hotel but enough equipment for a decent workout. The bar prices are quite good actually, cheaper than most beach bars outside the hotel. There's easy and direct access (walking distance) to a small cove where you can swim and snorkel The views from the rooms with sea view are just amazing

Couldn't fault the attention to cleaning the hotel. Rooms are a good standard with huge bed. B&B stay so can't comment on the all inclusive food. We came in December, during the off-season. The hotel was very inexpensive (315 Euro for 3 nights) and not crowded. We stayed here while we were running the Cyprus marathon. The hotel is well placed with a short walk to the harbour where the finish line and expo is plus the bus station to the start line. We're 2 oldies who stayed in an appartment in the Harbour Suite because of the lift. The complex comprises several low rise buildings around a good size pool area. We were pleased with our experience. Everything was awesome, one bump was that on the last day we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The room looked dated but that didnt effect our trip, we were mostly in the town not in the hotel.

The only drawback with the hotel, was that the insualtion is insufficient, so I could hear the neighbor snoring through te door that separated the two rooms...also when they were talking playing music @2.30AM...Also when the cleaners started the noise was very load, also because of echo in the outside halls. Other than that, rooms good size, and cleaning every day.

As I mentioned above the location is excellent plenty to do around. the beach is 50 meters away. The staff very friendly the room was nice and spacious but the floor and sink not very clean .

5th time to the Ascos. Comfortable and clean..more than enough choice of food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Not too busy and weather was 27° entertainment was not great but we didn't go for that .Close to the main drag of coral beach. Hotel is looking very tired and needs some money spent on it. The food was great and the location is brilliant. The entertainment team was only one person due to the time of year and the hotel closing for winter, however Max was always friendly and helpful, always making the time to talk to us, she helped make our holiday so memorable.

Had a great holiday. Weather has been amazing with highs of 27. Food seems like it’s served all day and lots to choose from as well. We were there 10 days and never got bored with food. Rooms basic, but clean. 5 min walk to restaurants and bars. 20-15 min walk to the beautiful coral beach, soft sand and two beds and a parasol only € 7.50 Also regular buses to the harbour and pathos town centre.

A very lovely spot but not a lot there apart from a few shops, Boat trips and restaurants. The area is very clean and well maintained. Wheelchair users will manage fine. Great Gelatto shop by the beach where you can park for free and will give you access to very clean public toilets. You must go on a boat trip to the Blue Lagoon where you can swim in cristal clear water, 2 mt. deep.

I’m not staying here for the first time, and I’m always happy to come back to this family-run hotel. The courtyard is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the manager is always available and helpful. Since May, the breakfasts have been especially wonderful. Small boutique style hotel The location was great. Right on the market square of Polis with great fish restaurants close by and a lovely cocktail bar next door. My second stay at Axiothea Hotel. I went back because I love the friendly atmosphere, it’s a family-run hotel. Everywhere is sparkling clean and the views across the sea are fantastic. Everyone there is happy to help you.

Hotel is near the central square area not the seafront but still convenient if you have a car. For a few euros extra its worth booking a room with balcony with seaview. Lovely traditional stone floor lobby with lounge overlooking the bay.

Clean, friendly hotel I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. I had my laundry done and they did an excellent job and it was finished very quickly. They do provide filtered water, as the sink water is not for drinking. This hotel is close to the old city, but not to beaches and the archaeological park.

Overall a nice little hotel We had a good stay. The room was spoilt by a step up to the bathroom which we kept stubbing our toes on. The bed was acceptable but we would not want to spend more than a night on it. The breakfast was very good indeed. We paid extra for a sea and city view which was well worth it.

Stayed at the Marion for two nights while travelling solo. Very friendly accodating staff, the deskman was very helpful to recommend good places to eat and tavernas to checkout. (Ps I'm very sorry I scared one of the housekeeping staff while getting back late at night 😂)

It was a shame that air conditioning was to be paid separately on an €8 per day basis.  Staff were welcoming. Shower system was not holding onto the unit whereas you have to hold in one had whilst taking a shower. Overall, I rate it average for an overnight stay is more than enough for my family. In my experience, the bad reviews are not true. It is not the most modern, newest hotel, but the room is clean and spacious. There is air conditioning, an elevator, a comfortable big bed, a large pool, shops and restaurants nearby. For this money, it is perfect. We enjoyed our stay here. I had my wedding reception here 20 years ago. Wonderful memories and fantastic photos in beautiful authentic setting. I've since come back twice to visit. Each time had a very warm welcome from owner George. Looking forward to visit in the future.

We didn't stay at hotel, just went to the interior garden restaurant. It was one of the best food in the whole Cyprus. We recommend their "specialities": really good!!!

The hotel has a small courtyard that doubles as a restaurant. It is decorated with characteristics, but the rooms are poor. There is no air conditioning. There is only a fan. If there are no leftover food from the restaurant the day before, breakfast will only be bread, jam, and milk.

The hotel went into receivership today 6th March. I would say during my stay (2days to go ) the staff have been very helpful such a shame they lose jobs on Monday. The hotel is / was run down and needs a lot of money spent on it....its also a 50 min walk into coral bay if you don't have a car.

I feel as someone staying currently I need to leave a review. I saw the pictures amd thought this place looked amazing and couldn't believe the price I paid. Admittedly feb half term is cheap compared to most. I then looked up the facilities almost a year after booking and saw the hotel rated itself as 4* and the reviews were terrible. We travel all the time and mostly stay in bog standard accommodation...

It's a beach resort. I January only the indoor pool was working. I found 3 piece of ants in the room, however it was well equiped and cozy.

The hotel is really well located! The pool is very nice and pleasant, the water is very good. On the other hand, the cleanliness really remains to be desired which is a shame!
