Hotel Ambiance in Prague

Very warm welcome on arrival, picked up the keys and there are several lifts to the 7 floors. Twin room with large window and on-suite. Very clean, fresh towels as and when required and the cleaning staff were all friendly and approachable. There is a small outside courtyard with garden furniture. There was a brew machine in reception but this was out of order but a few vending machines available. Breakfast was buffet style a mix of cereals, pastries, meats - staff welcoming and based on thr ground floor for ease. Great location easy access for public transport. Would recommend 👌

Good location, 20 min walk to the city center. Room was quite good, but internet connection was so bad. Classic all you can eat breakfast with eggs, sausages, cheese, salads and much more. Deserts and fruit also included. Prague is something different, hearth of Europe with multicultural history, baroque architecture and famous cuisine.

This was honestly one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Prague completely surprised us in the best possible way. The city is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere is so relaxed and cozy, and the people were some of the friendliest we’ve ever met while traveling.

Everyone we met was so kind, positive and helpful and it genuinely made our stay so special. The hotel itself was amazing. The room was always clean and comfortable, the bed was perfect to sleep in, and the breakfast had so much choice and tasted really good.

Also a special shoutout to Alex, seriously one of the nicest hotel employees ever 😭 He was always super friendly, welcoming and just had such good vibes. You can really tell he cares about his job and wants guests to have a good experience, and he honestly made our stay even better.

We met so many lovely people during this trip and made so many fun memories. Prague already feels very special to us and we honestly miss it already after coming home. We would 100% come back and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was very clean, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were also traveling with a small dog and paid an additional €20 per night, which is absolutely fine. It would be a nice touch, however, to have a small bowl provided in the room for pets.

A well maintained hotel, with excellent service. The breakfast was more than good, varied and plentiful. The staff really gave it their all to make our stay comfortable. The trash was taken out and the room was cleaned every day. They agreed to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out until our flight on the last day. We truly appreciate the hospitality and recommend a stay there.

Beautiful hotel with very lovely stuff and employees. The best hotel in Prague where I've stayed for a while. It's not so expensive, breakfast ability. Breakfast was really amazing, a lot of food and options and so on. I can really recommend this hotel to stay either for a longer time. Rooms were clean and equipment on rooms new ones.

The location is very good, only a short walk from the metro station and with mini markets and restaurants really close. The room is nice and breakfast is very good. The only thing I missed was a minibar in the room as this is a 4-star hotel.

This is a great European style hotel. As is typical, the rooms are a bit small, but they are comfortable and the smallish bathroom is quite nice and functional. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet (except for some water running in pipes). The A/C worked well, which was crucial for us during a heat wave. Yet the windows opened which is important to us. We loved that breakfast is included - something that used to be common in Europe but no longer is.The breakfast is substantial and the room is quite large so that there is no waiting during the morning rush. The staff is polite and helpful. There are areas nearby to eat lunch and dinner. There is an interior courtyard which is nice to relax in. Unfortunately, Europeans smoke too much and that is where they go. The subway line is only a short couple of blocks north which will take you anywhere. Yet this hotel is located outside of the old city area which can get noisy with the bar crawls that go late into the night - not a problem out here.
My only complaint is that the very fast Internet has to be signed into frequently during the stay, which was annoying.
Our mistake was that we walked with our luggage from the train station. It maybe only a 20 minute walk, but it is uphill and it was hot during our visit. Don't make that mistake. Take the cheap and convenient subway two stops south. Get in at the train station, and take "C" south towards Haje. Get off at I.P. Pavlova and the hotel is two blocks directly south. That is what we did on our return when we left.
The subway and trolly cars will take you all over the city. Catch trolly car #22 at that same location to go to old city or the castle. An all day pass is the best deal, but single passes are cheap. We took the trolly to the castle first thing, then slowly worked our way back to the hotel for the evening.
