What I observed is that during this period they really try hard to compensate for negative comments, and I think they are successful. They even provide daily motivational cards.
My experience was quite good despite the low google rating. I stayed in a single room, which was big enough and very clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. They provided earplugs, but I did not need them.
At first, I could not turn on the radiator, but they fixed the problem and my room became warm. I did not experience any problems with the shower either.
They mentioned that they are currently renovating the rooms. If your budget is similar to mine, this place is a good option.
The staff were really kind, and the card with recommended places was very helpful.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for a city break. Clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location. Overall an excellent experience and would come back if in Prague again!

Great hotel. Room was clean and staff very helpful. Great value bars and restaurants nearby away from expensive tourist parts. Easy walking distance to main centre and attractions.

The tv is not working - no tv cable. And it's not a smart tv, so ... you cannot use the tv at all. I asked at the reception, and apparently the entire floor doesn't have cable tv. Also, if you want to park the car nearby, you have to figure out by yourself (there is an app Mr. Parkit). I would not consider this as a 3 star hotel and I do not recommend.

We had to stay there as a last minute resort due to a mistake in our booking. We booked the family room with balcony for a family of four after the receptionist reassured us it was a nice room and the photos were ok… unfortunately the reality was very sad, the rooms had less personality than hospital accommodation and there were no windows you could look out from (too high and the curtains were long so they gave the impression of big windows). No one travelling should stay in a place like this and historic buildings should not be turned into money making tourist traps. To make it worse I had my finger injured trying to close the lift door and we had a neon light on and off all night long to add to our misfortune. We tried to change our reservation but the manager was adamant to not give the rest of our money back for us to finish our vacation somewhere decent. I would advise to stay away.

Not what photos say. Clean and tidy. No coffee only tea. No restaurant or bar. As in photos. Room is tidy bathroom is good. You would have to know where you are. Nice cafes near by for breakfast cafe 25. It's just around the corner.

We arrived on wednesday,after an horror stay in an other accomodation.
The receptionist(a young lady)was very kind and helpful,she gave us some adivices for our stay.
The room was clean and comfy and the hotel Is 5 minutes to the city centre,perfect position.
Highly recommended.

+Fantastic service, ready to sit down after hours to check-in. Lovely apartments. Clean bed linen, towels for everyone, keeping the rules during a pandemic.

-Small, 2-person elevator. Spiral staircase. No parking space in front of the hotel.
The only thing missing in rooms was some glass for drinks.
